Hi Bill, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts! We're glad to hear you're satisfied with our product. Ordered Jan 25th and did not recieve until beginning of March. Jersey is slightly different than pictured but still nice
Response from Fanssio.comMar 12, 2025
Hi Brandell, Thank you for your feedback and for appreciating the quality of the jersey! We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivery—it was due to unexpected disruptions during the peak season. To improve our service, we've recently updated our shipping method and changed carriers to ensure faster delivery in the future. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and we hope to serve you again with a smoother experience next time! Best regards, Fanssio Team

DONT BUY!! Placed my order on Feb 15, shows my item was “shipped” on Feb 17, and has been waiting since then in Jamaica NY “waiting for USPS” to receive my item, shipping time online says 5-8 days…it’s been 2 weeks and I should have my item By now! Contacted them several times and keep being told I will receive my order and that it’s been shipped and that the tracking just isn’t updating…what a scam! A dispute with PayPal has been opened! My advice, don’t order with them, you won’t ever receive your order!
Response from Fanssio.comMar 6, 2025
Dear Tabitha, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Due to a significant increase in orders, our factory has been experiencing high demand, which may result in slower updates on the tracking link. This is not the experience we want for our valued customers, and we truly appreciate your patience. We’ve reached out for more details to help resolve this issue, as we were unable to locate the order. Please let us know how we can assist you further—we look forward to your response. Sincerely, Fanssio Team.

The WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD ordered 2 Eagles jerseys 2weeks before the superbowl they finally arrived 2 weeks after the game!!! Communication was horrible I WOULD NOT EVER SHOP OR SUGGEST EVER!!!
Response from Fanssio.comFeb 24, 2025
Dear Trevon, First of all, we truly apologize for the unexpected experience. We checked your order was placed on Jan 27th, and it was delivered to you successfully. For some orders placed in January, the shipping time might be delayed because the volume of orders increased. We also made a notification on our website. Moreover, we confirmed in your email that the package can't arrive on time in the Super Bowl. We hope you review the email. To express our deepest sincere apology, we would like to process the refund of the total shipping fee and compensation fee on your order for any inconvenience or misunderstanding. Please check and confirm the private email we sent via your email. Your feedback is really meaningful to us. Thank you for your contribution, and we will improve our service to don't let you down. Sincerely, Fanssio Team.

Ordered a Bo Jackson Royals jersey on the 2nd of Feb here it is the 15th says it's been in Jamaica NY since the 6th? Sure would like to know what's going on with that since this company says it's located in California??
Response from Fanssio.comFeb 17, 2025
Hi Nathan, First of all, we sincerely apologize for your waiting for the package to arrive. We asked for your tolerance from you. We processed and sent the package to the delivery company 10 days ago. We received a notification from them that the package will be reached out to you soon. Because many orders were overloaded in the Super Bowl's time. So the shipping time might be slower than normal. Please sympathize with us in this tough time. We just sent a private email to update the new status on your order and include it in the compensated gift. Kindly check your email notification; Regards, Christine
