The jersey arrived on time, however the jersey should be more of a crimson color and looks much too dark. I ordered an extra large and it is smaller than expected. They offered to exchange the Jersey for an additional fee but the color would be the same and I declined their offer.

Sizing is way off like 2-3 sizes smaller than what is offered for adult sizing. Also, as noted in multiple reviews, shipping takes an unacceptable amount of time in this day and age - they really need to prioritize timely and expedient shipping and delivery. It took 3+ weeks to get my baseball jersey which was VERY expensive and is way too small despite what they have posted as "guidelines" which I went by. I am still waiting for customer service to either issue a return shipping label and refund upon return of the jersey, or send the proper size. It's been a 25 days process so far from order date to now, and am still waiting for a happy outcome. NOTE: This is NOT what any customer wants to spend their valuable time on in modern times where consumer transactions should be seamless, efficient and of the utmost integrity to ensure repeat customer business, which no company can survive without.

Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the sizing did not meet your expectations. We completely understand your disappointment. Regarding sizing, different stores and product lines may use different sizing standards, which is why we provide a size chart on the product page to help customers choose the most suitable fit before ordering. If we have sent you the wrong size, we would be happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost, and there is no need to return the original item. Could you please send us an email with the subject line: Urgent - TrustPilot - [Order Number]? Our team will review your case and provide further assistance regarding the sizing concern. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Regards, Fanssio Team

The jersey is great, just what I expected. But it took a month to get here, from New Jersey. I purchased the jersey for a specific occasion, a Jazz game, and the jersey got here a week late. So, great jersey, too long to deliver,

I got a custom NFL jersey. Aside from it taking 6 weeks to get to me, because it got lost in the mail. Not the end of the world, because I wasn’t in a hurry for it. The quality was worth exactly what I paid for it. I wasn’t expecting it to be “pro shop” quality and to be honest was pleasantly surprised as to how it came out. The major problem I have is that it came to me two sizes too small, making it unwearable for me. Such a bummer. Had it come in the right size, at the same quality, I would’ve gladly given four stars, despite the 6 week lead time. But the two real failures earns only two

Have not received one of the two items I ordered and paid for weeks ago. No communication about said item. Very frustrated and disappointed.
Response from Fanssio.comDec 25, 2024
Hi Mary We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. We sent to you separate tracking to update status on your order; please check your mail carefully. We tried to contact them again to push for the delivery as soon as possible. Please check the private message just sent to you. Thank you for your understanding!
