It's super warm but it definitely runs small,,I am usually a small to med petite and luckily I got a size large and it just barely fits

Great customer service
My experience was pleasant, easy transaction. The customer service was great. They kept me up on the delivery service via text, with all the tracking information and delivery, the product was exactly what I ordered. The jacket was wrapped nicely. I will highly recommend ordering from Fan Jackets

Not as advertised
Ordered a jacket for my friend for Christmas, which costed me almost $190. The jacket I received says it is a 2x but it is child size, I needed a 2x men's, which is what was advertised when ordering, not a child's jacket. I tried to use their return portal and every time I put my order information in it gave me a "server error". I sent an email and I am currently waiting on a response so that I can return this item.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, HORRIBLE SMELL, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Have been trying to return two jackets I purchased due to them falsely advertising them for Tall women. They went completely GHOST!! Have been trying for weeks thru PayPal, and they are NO help either as their response SUCKS!!! Over $300. Stay away. The items come from overseas as well and smell of gasoline as an added slap to the extremely poor fit!!

Great company!!!
I purchased a ladies sheepskin leather bomber jacket as a Christmas gift.
The jacket was beautiful but a size too small for the recipient.
Fan Jackets made the exchange streamlined and stress free.
They sent me a prepaid shipping label and as soon as they were notified of the shipping they dispatched another jacket which I received within a week.
The jacket is absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality excellent customer service, excellent experience and I highly recommend this company.
