I've always had great experiences with purchasing tickets online through Fandango and the transactions always went through very smoothly without any hiccups when I went to pick up my tickets at the movie theatre.

Fraudulent company. Why won't their gift cards work? I will shout from the rooftops to NOT FANDANGO. It is horrible.

Garbage company. Gift card was worthless. NO online help from Fandango. WORSE than any online company from China. Do not waste your money.

Horrible. We reserved 2 tickets and paid for them, but did not receive the tickets through email and the app says no ticket history. Went back into the app and the show said sold out. Tried to phone customer service and it is impossible to get through. On hold for hours and no call back. Don't waste your time or money with these scam artists

Clunky. Can’t erase purchase history. Can’t remove a heart it puts on this one Theater all the time—I do, but it keeps coming back. I hate this app. I’m removing it from my phone.

Received two gift cards from Family that in short, will not work. Even tried to check their balance to see if I could get them recognized there - nope! Now here is the interesting part(s.) Went to Fandango.com and sent in a trouble ticket/email and did receive a trouble ticket number immediately, however, nothing has happened past that. The one attempt to resolve the problem was an email from Customer Service asking me to call their published 1-800 number. Here is the rabbit hole - after a diatribe about some promotion or another, you are asked to press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish; 1 gets you the statement, "Opps, something went wrong" and the line is immediately hung up; Pressing 2 puts you in a ground hog day loop that never ends - the press 1 for and 2 for diatribe. Tried the number several times over a two week period to see if it would be fixed - Nope. I have sent several emails notifying them of a nonfunctioning phone line and ask for them to contact me - NO REPLY. I have submitted several more trouble tickets and nothing. Taking this a step further, I went to the parent company Vudu and logged on to their chat system and waited 2 hours for an agent, yep, another dead end. Conclusion: This organization is shamming the daylights out of people and getting away with it.

I am not a movie theater guy. I purchased a 50$ card last year in November for streaming some movie and support those guys. Watched a 15$ movie then came back to watch another movie this year in August. Likely they have purchased Vudu and for some strange reason my credit has not been transferred. I have complained twice, no answer. They just stole from customers in good faith. Disgusting.

I had a issue with Fandango giving me a refund or exchange. I purchased movie tickets for me and my family on fandango online a hour before the showtime. Once we make it to the theater I was told my kids couldn't come due to their policy of no kids allowed to watch anything other than PG And G rated, after 6pm. I followed promptly with a phone call with fandango customer service, and I was told I have to wait 72hr for a response of their decision. 3days later they email me to tell me that they couldn't offer a return or exchange due to their policy. After the showtime they cant return or exchange anything. Fandango is ran by scheme artist. They steal people money only to get them tied up to financial loss. They do not offer custom fairness or sympathy even when its logic since to. I wouldn't support their website or services. Karma is a coming, and it will hit them soon.
