I purchased tickets for my daughter and myself. I found out there was an extra charge for using my credit card. I was notified that if I cancelled the ticket purchase I would not get back the money for use of the credit card. I feel this is excessive.

I am a profoundly disabled woman and I requested a refund for ticket that I had bought for a movie that I didn’t have transportation to. I canceled early in the morning and never got an email and so I called and they said since the movie was already in process they would not refund I will never use them again

I had an unauthorized purchase on my account for a movie for rent. First I never rent the movies, I wait until I can buy. I didn't watch the movie and I did not get my money back. I really miss the days while it was still Vudu.

I participated in the Xfinity Passport to Paris program and revieved a $20 gift card, as I had been promised. Or, so I thought: In reality, I was given a gift card redemption code that expired within a mere 2 weeks of reciept. I think that this was deceptive on the part of both Xfinity and Fandango, who provided the reward. Fortunately for me, though, Fandango customer support was amazing and immediately upon request redeemed and issued me a $20 giftcard

Stupid company! Wouldn’t exchange my tickets or give credit to my account for a movie I didn’t even see. So I’m out money and they don’t care.

Please folks don't use this company to purchase movie tickets. I recommend using the movie theater site directly like AMC for example rather than using companies like Fandango. They have zero customer support or service. They don't note if a movie is in Spanish vs. English...not clearly anywhere and if you ask for help or credit to see the movie in English, nope, no refund no credit....Makes no sense when clearly there site needs correcting and updates. Due to their mistake, I'm out $$ and didn't have the night with my family I hoped for. I will never usethis company again b/c of this and will continue to spread the word, none if us have $$ to lose and working with companies that have No service or care for their customers....don't deserve our $$

Sept 5, 2024 Bought ticket on Fandago and it was emailed to us for wrong theatre. Promised refunds that day but made mistake and refund didn't happen. Called a few days later and they say "sorry nothing we can do for you". Don't use Fandago. Crooks!!!

I bought tickets on Fandango and it placed me in Hicksville when I clicked island 16. I didn’t realize it until I was at the theater and had waited on a 15 minute line for stale popcorn. I asked the manager if anything can be done and her response was take it up with Fandango.
