I bought a ticket and was misled by date. I tried to cancel but fandango system would not let me.

Bought a ticket on there for a theater that was closed and they still refused to refund me.

We bought tickets for a movie in the morning for a movie in the evening. But in the afternoon our grandson had a medical emergency so we had to cancel. We asked for a refund, but because part of our purchase was with a gift card they said they would email us within 72 hours and help with the refund. They did email but when we called to get the refund they refused they said it’s their policy not to issue refunds after the movie showtime, but we kept telling them we asked for a refund before showtime. They refused. We even talked to a supervisor and he also refused. Fandango has awful customer service! Don’t expect them to help you with anything!

Poor customer service they play the free movies for months and months and months on end and the hidden fees I wish I could give this company zero Stars

I brought 2 tickets to see Micheal and my car broke down so I called customer service and they said under certain circumstances I could get a refund so they told me wait 7 days now take it seven days later I called them again and they said the couldn't not get me a refund and I said well can u at least process the tickets so I could seen then another day they said sorry do I'm get my attorney and sue them poor customer service

I ordered movie tickets through their website. I went to the wrong movie theater across the street from the other theater. They checked my tickets and let me enter, we purchased over $150 worth of food/refreshments which took over 30 minutes to make. Once the food was ready, we tried to watch the movie and they had a different movie on, we went to guest services and they informed us that we were at the wrong theater and they were incorrect in letting us in. We went to the other theater but there was only about 30 minutes left of the movie so we asked for a refund and they told us we have to go through fandango since we purchased the tickets from them. The website would not allow us to get a refund as the movie had already started. Spending almost $300 and not getting to watch a movie is ridiculous. They refuse to give refunds for any reason, even when the movie theaters make mistakes.

I used fandango to purchase tickets for the Formula One live Miami Grand Prix IMAX. Fandango did not email their customers of the time change, therefore customers lost out on the experience. Do not use fandango, get your tickets straight from Regal or AMC app. Furthermore, customer service is not doing anything to compensate for the massive inconvenience.

I purchased tickets for $66. I was five minutes late for my movie time due to parking and car going into limp mode. I was told I couldn’t see movie and that I could get a refund on my advanced purchased tickets, if I bought new tickets for another movie time. They kept my $66 and I spent $44 for the new tickets so I ended up spending $110 for a movie for 3 people. Stay away!
