Fast shipping to the Netherlands, i got it within 1,5 week. I am very happy with it, you can turn it on and off with the app. Also the brightness. Installing the LEDs was also easy. I hope it wil last long!

Ich habe die HDMI 2.0 Sync Box am 24.2.2024 im Internet auf der Seite von FancyLED gekauft und direkt bezahlt. Geliefert werden sollte das Paket an eine Packstation. Bis heute (21.4.2024) ist nichts angekommen. Von FancyLED heißt es nur, dass das Paket zugestellt wurde und dann geklaut wurde. Wie auch immer das bei einer Packstation funktionieren soll. Fazit: Ich habe denen 170 Euro für nichts gezahlt. Ich kann die Firma nicht weiterempfehlen.

Lytmi Fantasy 3 TV LED über Amazon bestellt. App installiert, Box mit WLAN 2.4 eingerichtet. Hat soweit geklappt. Szenen Modus funktioniert. Jedoch über TV keine Reaktion. Mit dem mitgelieferten HDMI Kabel verbunden (TV Ausgang zu TV) Led bleiben weiß. Alle 3 HDMI Steckplätze ausprobiert, Led bleiben weiß. Verschiedene HDMI Kabel ausprobiert ( 2.0, 2.1, earc, 4K, 8K) , Led leuchten nur weiß auch wenn in der App eine HDMI Verbindung erfolgreich angezeigt wird. Auch mit USB Kabel kein Erfolg.

Dear Team i have ordered on 21st August 2022 till now i didn't receive and no updates regarding my order , If it cannot deliver in india then why india option is there world wide and i didn't receive refund also if can't deliver in india i am very disipointed from your response, I didn't receive not a single mail regarding my order , either refund my money or send my order , i have send so many mails not a single response. Leider über 10 Tage gewartet bis die Bestellung ankam und dann nach dem ganzen installieren und kleben, geht nichts an ….die box nicht und die leds auch nicht. Auf der Seite selbst findet man kein Retourenportal für eine Rücksendung. Beim dran kleben ist mir die billige Qualität aufgefallen… Vorsicht

We bought a TV light box last year, worked well with the tv, it then didn’t connect to the TV one of the lights on the box was red, we contacted them regarding this and my Boyfriend works in IT so he knew what he was doing trying to fix it. We went back and forth with people on a email , longer than I think it needed, we waited days for replies from them and it was always a different person each time so not one person was dealing with us. It got to the point where there wasn’t much more could be done and then the replies got extremely slow which to note our warranty was about to run out on it. They finally agreed to send us a new box which works and we haven’t had the issue yet of it connecting to the TV but the colours are not as good now, seems like there is always a issue with them. I then saw them come up on my TikTok so thought to write my thoughts like anyone else would to any company, I have now been blocked from their TikTok account which shows volumes of who they are as a company, won’t be recommending these lights to anyone due to to issues and how they are as people. I would save and get the more expensive if you’re looking for lights behind your TV

Ordered off Amazon because of their excellent reviews. Did not disappoint, excellent product at and excellent price point. I would recommend The 3 HDMI Fancy Sync Box, it is superb!

AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! ⚠️ I ordered some lights from this company but realised I had made a mistake. So I messaged the company straight away to inform them. Didn’t get a reply till 2 days later saying they had already been processed. When the lights arrived I messaged again to explain I made a genuine mistake can I return the lights for a refund and was told I couldn’t return them as they don’t except change of mind returns. I explained I ordered them in error it wasn’t a change of mind but was basically told to I wasn’t getting a refund. I explained under consumer selling law if you purchased an item online you’re entitled to a refund with 14 days of purchase. I received another email still saying no refund and that them rules don’t apply because they are an American company. But this makes no difference whatsoever and the return address on the box is in reading in the uk. The lights are are unopened I just didn’t want them. But the customer service I received I was terrible. At least Govee offer a 30 day money back guarantee which is who I should have bought from. This company are just SCAMMERS so avoid at all cost if your expecting any money back.
