Not compatible with my set up, notified them before installing within 48 hours, they are refusing return for refund which is against consumer law. AVOID

I spent $350 for the sync box and the sync strip and they are equivalent of a $20 led strip. They don’t match the screen and flicker on and off frequently. Waste of money. I contacted the company and they were rude and offered zero help. Guess I’m out $350 dollars. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Bought the ultimate 2.1 kit. Colors don’t sync properly, the lights are jittery, and the instructions leave out a lot of details about proper setup. After wrestling with the lights for a week, I’m ready to throw them in the garbage because they don’t refund stuff that’s open. That should have been a sign to me, and let it be a warning to you, that this product is garbage. $340 down the drain. This company is a scam.

Great product, but they don't care about shipping quickly. 7 days, and im still probably another 2-3 days plus the weekend from receiving my lights. not impressed at all

FancyLeds is a company that should not be trusted. They do not abide by any consumer rights. They will refuse point blank to provide a refund even when legitimately requested so beware when purchasing anything.

So I bought my fancyled second hand unused it wasnt compatible with his pc,fancyled release an uodate that ruined the lights its well known on reddit that many others suffered the same situation, now there telling me there wont help with the firmware to fix because I didnt purchase through them.i didnt want a refund or exchange I wanted a fix to my colours, avoid the customer service is horrendous barly reply to any emails,avoid at all cost and go with govee there far better avoid at all costs there brake stuff and dont take responsibility

This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. This company is dishonest and clearly incapable of delivering what they advertise. I placed my order on December 24, and now they’re saying the delivery date is January 26. Meanwhile, their website claims U.S. delivery takes 1–5 days. That is simply false. The manager, Ash, has been openly wasting my time with different stories and excuses instead of providing a straight answer or fixing the problem. Never again. And I can’t even imagine what it would be like if something breaks and you need support. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
