Rubbish quality, didn’t work from the get go with dead LEDs. Took photos to ask for a replacement strip but they wanted a video, this new tv is huge and heavy and its just too much work to unmount, take a video, to remount, wait for a replacement from the states to then unmount, replace strips and mount yet again. For the cost they should just work but this is like cheap chinese quality. Couldn’t be bothered and in the bin, almost £200 wasted. Update I did contact you and said I had photos but you said you wanted a video, I am not unmounting this huge and heavy TV just to have to put it up again and then take it down again and put it up yet again for LED lights that are faulty out of the box and will likely just become faulty again. Keep the money and this rubbish can go in the bin.

Ik heb ongeveer twee maanden geleden FancyLEDs gekocht en ben er helaas totaal niet tevreden mee. De installatie verliep vlot en de lichten synchroniseren goed met mijn PlayStation, maar sinds ik ze gebruik duurt het bijna een minuut voor mijn PlayStation-beeld verschijnt bij het opstarten. Ook als ik mijn soundbar aan- of uitzet, duurt het telkens zo’n 30 seconden voor het beeld terugkomt. Deze vertragingen had ik voordien niet. Voor een product dat mijn setup zou moeten verbeteren, zorgt het vooral voor frustratie. Ik raad FancyLEDs jammer genoeg niet aan.

My LED strip started malfunctioning and not only did Ash take great care in walking me through the troubleshooting, then came the replacement strip once we realized it wasn't going to work. Ash and Laura.... Cheers to you for being awesome! The new strip works great!

I purchased one of the most expensive boxes and I had informed them that I never received the package. They said it shows on their end that it was delivered through Amazon so then I asked for proof how Amozon usually takes a picture and they can’t provide that for me and that was that they stopped replying to my messages which I think is horrible because they can’t provide proof that it was delivered and basically asked out of almost $300

I've got quite a few Phillips Hue lights and was weighing up investing into their 2.1 TV sync box Vs FancyLeds 2.1. I couldn't justify the cost of the Phillips system, more so as along with having to purchase the lights separately, they only go around three sides of the TV, so you then need to buy lights bars. You're looking at a total of about £600-700! And I'm so glad I went with Fancy Led. I had concerns I'd need to be changing the inputanuslly via the box. Nope, it defects input and you can change via the very straight forward phone app. It was very easy to install (65" TV) and use BUT best of all and this is what sets them apart from maybe Phillips, is the support they offer. I've had a few queries and everytime they've responded straight away and resolved. Love that! So all in all a great product, works a treat and great support which these days is quite a rare thing. :D

DONT BUY! WORST PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL TAKE MONTHS TO DELIVER AND IT WONT WORK. SCAM COMPANY!

The first thing you need to know about this company is that, in the UK at least, they have failed to submit their accounts and the Government have petitioned them to wind up. Speaking of 'wind-ups', here is my experience. Two boxes ordered with the lights and one 'Fancy Neon' light. The Fancy Neon light did not work. The company supplied a firmware upgrade. It didn't solve the issue. The main light strip that connects to the TV obviously has to bend 90 degrees to go around the corners of the TV. There are brackets supplied to do this, which I used on both sets of strips on TWO TV's. The light strips are brittle and aren't designed to be bent AT ALL. So, what happened was that on two of the corners, one on each TV, bending the light strip as per the installation instructions resulted in a loose connection that made the lights flicker and you had to press your finger on them to get them to stop. Bending the lights obviously cracks the brittle connections within the strips. What also happens is when you remove the strips, they leave a sticky residue that's really hard to remove. Despite me explaining all of these issues multiple times in emails and their website clearly stating that they will give a refund for faults within the warranty period, they are refusing to refund me or even discuss the issue. They are saying that I bent the light strip, but you have to bend it to install it. It has to be bent around the four corners of your TV. The fact that it happened on two separate strips on two different TV's shows it's a design flaw. Regardless, there are consumer protection laws in the UK that this company are in breach of. But what else would you expect from a company whose accounts are overdue and are the subject of a wind up order. My advice is to steer clear. It's pretty obvious from other reviews on here that the company have no intention of reimbursing anyone who has an issue. They'll do their firmware updates etc (which don't work) but anything else and they aren't bothered. I implore you NOT to buy anything from this company. It's obvious they are in financial difficulties and are deciding to not offer any customer support when it comes to refunds they are legally obliged to issue. I'm going to small claims court with them because they owe me £500 to refund me for their shoddy product. If you can, pay the extra and go with Philips Hue. Far superior product in every sense. Use Fancy LED at your peril.

I've had a box from fancyleds for years and it's been brilliant. Brings an additional dimension to watching tv and films which is fantastic. The customer service has also been top notch, responding quickly and resolving my recent issue regarding a new order perfectly
