FANCI ME JewelryReviews of fanci.me

Fast delivery, beautifully packaged, and very nice product. Thanks!

I ordered several pieces from FanciMe for my birthday, and I am completely in love! The craftsmanship and detail on the jewelry are incredible, the stones catch the light so beautifully, and even the unboxing experience was magical — the packaging is truly luxurious. Although there was a slight delay with international delivery, the customer support team (especially Kate) was beyond amazing, responsive, and genuinely cared about resolving the situation. The quality of both the jewelry and the service exceeded all my expectations. I am already planning my next order for the holidays to complete the set. Highly recommend! 💖

Wunderschönes Armband genau wie suf der Abbildung, zügige Lieferung, Alles bestens

Excellent service Is beautiful everything is of quality

I placed two separate orders, however there was an issue with one of them, an empty jewelry box. I contacted them immediately and sent pictures of the empty box that they requested. As you can imagine I was a bit skeptical on receiving my package. The item was sent immediately and received it within a week. As a result of their ability to resolve the issue promptly, I am very satisfied with this seller. Not to mention the jewelry is beautiful.

I ordered the Harry Potter Slytherin ring (Order Tracking: 4PX3003032344644CN). The package arrived perfectly sealed and undamaged, but the jewelry box inside was completely EMPTY. This is a clear fulfillment error on their end. Instead of taking responsibility and issuing an immediate refund, their customer service is gaslighting me with automated emails about "manual inspections" while holding my €68. I am leaving for vacation soon and do not have time to deal with this scam. Avoid ordering from FANCI.ME unless you want to pay for empty cardboard! UPDATE: They finally agreed to issue a refund, but ONLY after I posted this 1-star review and threatened to report them to consumer protection. They didn't offer a single genuine apology for their mistake, zero compensation for the stress, and not even a basic promo code. Instead, they immediately started spamming my inbox begging me to delete this review, even though I now have to wait 5-15 business days for my bank to actually process the money. I am not deleting this. Buyers have the right to know how FANCI.ME treats its customers when things go wrong. Avoid them unless you want to pay for empty cardboard and fight for your own money back.
