I didn't really like the necklace and I wanted to return it. You have to pay for your own shipping back to the US. I bought a necklace for 40 euros and shipping is 25. Also I've sent an email to them but I don't receive a reply. The necklace itself (from harry potter collection) is from very cheap looking gold and the diamonds are flat.

I bought a ring to propose to my partner. I’m from Australia and the ring arrived in less than 2 weeks. The ring was precisely how the photo showed and the box presentation was fantastic, as my partner is a major Harry Potter fan. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size so I had to order a new ring. Kate gave me all the support by email and gave me all the orientation to how to proceed with that, as I’m from overseas, also giving me a discount on my 2nd ring. So far I’m really satisfied and can recommend their brand. Thanks Kate and the store for all the support though.
