Not a smooth and fast return. First a 50$ charge! Secondly, you dont even get sent a label. There is never this much back and forth usually with any online shopping brand returns these days. Could be much better.

Necklace is much smaller than pictured. Could barely see what it was. Very disappointed because I will have to return it and I loved the design.
