Took close to half a year to try and get unbanned which it still hasn’t been sorted. You’d have to constantly start a new chat with customer service cause no one ever follows up with it after you’ve provided a reasoning. Tried to get verified to get payed out after attempting for two months finally the email of me being successfully verified has come. But I got lied to. I still am not verified so it’s close to three months. Repeating the process every week of starting a new chat to get someone to send an email of “rest assured we’ll handle your case” BUT NO ONE EVER CONTACTS. So I still am not able to withdraw the money I’ve put in.

I recently began using the site to collect cards. I had an issue with card retrieval. I filled out the “contact us” form. Within 24 hours I received a reply from a service rep. They were responsive with back and forth emails to get my issue resolved. All of my interactions with Fanatics Live and Fanatics Collect Customer Service has been positive to this point.

Takes 2 weeks at least to ship cards. Where is that acceptable?

I have never experienced a company with so slow and so bad customer service. They have a group of people who reply to you when you write an E-mail. These peoiple assure you that your case in being handled but thats about it. You never hear anything and there is 0 knowledge they give you about your process. I bought a card, my payment failed whereafter they temporarily closed my account. They have asked me to prove my identity and send pictures of my passport - I have provided everything they asked for, but there is stil no progress or information from their side. We are going on months 4 now :D Absolute joke. Ofcourse they send you follow up mails where they ask you how they could have improved their customer service haha. Because their clients opinions are "super important" to them. I have written them again for the 5th time now, but i doubt i will hear from them. .... About 1 week after i wrote this, they took care of my case. Make an effort to solve cases faster and give a status of the process to the customer along the way. there shouldnt go more than 14 days without getting a notification about the situation

This genuinely might be a scam website. I have seen no positive experiences. I came here after having my hards DISSAPEAR and account BANNED with ZERO help from support. How is this site able to operate??? They should be sued for fraud

WARNING to anyone purchasing through Fanatics Collect - they DO NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL ... they force you to use their 'Vault' so they can collect fees ... when you purchase a product and have questions or ask to send the package to your HOME - they do not respond (even after 5 chat messages, a customer service/support ticket opening, AND 3 emails) IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A LIVE PERSON (even the chat bot is not live)

I completed a purchase and my card was immediately charged. Only after taking my money did they demand that I submit biometric data through a third-party service — something I’m absolutely not willing to do. This requirement was never made clear upfront, which is completely unacceptable. Since then, I’ve been stuck dealing with their so-called “support,” which appears to be nothing more than AI chatbots. They provide no real help, just repetitive, useless responses that seem designed to stall rather than resolve the issue. At this point, it feels like they’re deliberately dragging things out while holding onto my money. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to escalate the matter legally. Proceed with extreme caution.
