They never respond to emails or concerns. And this is a company that has a vault and holds people's assets. They have zero customer support. Been 4 weeks and still not a reply. Imagine what will happen in the case of an emergency.

Have reached out to all emails, chat bots and not received a response yet after 5 business days. They also have no number to call so thats fun and claim the order number they emailed me isn't valid. All info on website is false advertisement as times for shipping are not even close.
Response from Fanatics CollectMay 27, 2026
Hi Anthony, we currently respond to requests within 2 days on average, but we don't offer a phone service right now. We'd like to help. Please send us an email at [email protected] so we can make this right.

Someone purchased a MJ from me over a week ago. I have yet to recover the money or an explanation from FC as to what’s going on and if I’m getting my money back. I feel ripped off and have no idea what’s going on despite reaching out numerous times.
Response from Fanatics CollectMay 27, 2026
Hi Adam, funds are usually processed to sellers within a few business days, but can take longer depending on the payment type used by the buyer. Please send us an email at [email protected] if you still need support, we'd be happy to help.

Did not ship 1 of the cards in my order. I couldn't receive any help and there is no phone number to reach them. What a scam!
