The app is solid. But waiting 12-15 business days to receive something is ridiculous. These cards are not coming from china!!! How is it taking this long to get a better system in place?

Site is decent and has plenty of options. It is nice a seller doesn't have fees like eBay. However, their customer service is god awful, truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Shipping takes MONTHS, not 10-15 'business days', and if you are a seller looking to make money I hope your ok waiting 1+ month for them to 'process' your payments. Update: Further proof, look at the copy paste replies to the reviews. Also funny how when people write a review this is the only time they are willing to 'help'. Even then issues were never resolved

Not a good experience…. Had a customs letter through to say I owed £100 for an item I did not receive from fanatics collects…. I won the slabs through the app and they was immediately put in my virtual vault for me to pay postage on which I did. I was actually out of the country the date this item was apparently delivered and signed for my someone that I do not even know, or lives at my address.
