Hi Dylan, we’re sorry to hear that the results of your Instant Rips did not meet your expectations. Outcomes can vary, and the available cards and associated odds are displayed before each purchase so collectors can review them and decide whether they would like to participate. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and hope your future experience is more positive.

Hi Ahmed, we’re sorry your order took longer than expected to ship. We are currently experiencing a temporary fulfillment backlog, and we understand that these delays are not ideal. Our teams are actively working on several initiatives to reduce the backlog and return shipping times to normal. If your order still has not shipped or you need assistance, please email us at [email protected] so our team can take a closer look.
