I sent in 4 submissions for cards to graded in one package. The package was received by fanatics collects via UPS on 9/30. On 10/5 it shows that 2 of my submissions were received but the status was not changed from Shipped to Grading. The other 2 submissions I have no idea if they have been received or lost. I've sent in other submission since these 4 that show received and status switched to grading. I've been in constant communication with their customer service that is very nice and assures me that they are on top of the issue. Its been 2 weeks and they still can't tell me what happened with the 2 submissions that aren't showing received and why the status for all 4 submissions has not been switched to grading when they clearly received everything. I'm concerned at this point that they have lost some of the cards that I have sent in. It’s also very frustrating not having a phone number to call into when you have a problem. 10/23. I am happy to say that the problem has been fixed by Fanatics.

Instant rips has far too many cards nobody would want to keep. I would rather have a PSA 8 of a star than a PSA 10 rookie auto of a guy nobody remembers.

I like everything about it so far but wish you could curate, grade, and have the cards back in my vault faster. I have used the CGC grading option each time thus far and know its faster than sending the cards out for grading but still wish it could move a little faster than it does.
