I could not have been more satisfied with my experience obtaining the SCVOSB certification from FAMR. The whole process exceeded my expectations from the first intake by Jessica through each aspect of the process with Chandon, Justin and Vince. Each one of them were attentive, respectful, professional and pleasant to work with. I ended up really liking each of them :-) I would be happy to recommend FAMR to any veteran looking to start their small business and get a personal hands-on experience. Well done by all!

Justin and Dawn were excellent from the start, providing our company with complete details and what to expect during the certification process. They were so transparent and really motivated us even more through this exciting process. We will definitely refer folks in the near future. Thanks! New Dimensions Consulting LLC

I am not only thrilled to have received such great service from Stephanie Kingston, I was also impressed. I was on pacific time and I believe she is on east coast time, and all of her email responses were extremely fast and literally in the same day or first thing the next morning. I learned that our SAM account and CAGE number lapsed; and I had a grant deadline which required our SAM and CAGE account to be active. Stephanie answered ALL my questions and was extremely patient. She even thanked me several times for my quick responses and getting her the information she needed on her end. After working with Stephanie, I learned she was new in her roll. That is hard to believe. Based on her knowledge and quick responses, I thought she had been there for a very long time I also received great support from Jason Cribbis who was my first point of contact. He thoroughly and patiently walked me through the process of requesting to become an entity administrator. He made sure I got through all the pages to save me any incorrect entries that would prolong my request. Both Jennifer and Jason were extremely kind and made me feel like they really wanted to assist me. Not one time did I feel pressured, rushed or as if I was bothering them. They both even told me to take my time a few times when I had to search for information or documents. It is so refreshing to receive wonderful service and to work with people who care about helping others. With their assistance, our SAM account and CAGE number was re-instated, and we were able to meet the grant deadline. Jennifer and Jason, thank you for making this long and complicated process smoother and easier. :)

Cortney Schmid was absolutely wonderful to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and patient in explaining the process at an appropriate level. An absolute professional who supported me on concurrently applying for 3 SAM/CAGE codes and 1 international NCAGE code in record time. Justin Sanchez was also of great support during times Cortney was not in the office. Highly knowledgeable and professional as well. The team provided outstanding service and the made the process very manageable.

My review is based on four areas that are important to me when dealing with any organization (i) Timely response to concerns (ii) Knowledge of the process (iii) Professionalism. (iv) Transparency Timely Response to Concerns I am new to this process and often have no clue at all. I had a lot of questions. My questions were answered with sufficient clarity and handled in a timely manner. I was not made to feel like the question is unimportant or that I should have known the answer and not ask that type of question. Knowledge of the Process I was told and educated on the process and told what to expect on each stage of the process. I was given a time frame on what to expect and updated on development on a regularly basis. Professionalism I was treated with utmost professionalism. I was encouraged to reach out for anything any time and when I did receive cordial accommodation and attention to my concerns. Transparency Finally, everything was transparent. I was encouraged to independently tract my application and see what stage my application was in the process. There was no attempt to hide any aspect of the process from me and if there was something I did not understand, I was encouraged to inquire about that and when I did, received satisfactory answer.
