Thanks FEDERALAWARD MANAGEMENT, especially to Stephany Kingston & Justin Sanchez, for helping us get our SAM Registration.

I had to register for a SAM account in order to apply for a much needed business grant after COVID 19. I was assigned Justin from Federal Award Management Registration and the help turned out to be invaluable. We were in a time crunch in getting it done and Justin's communication was lightning fast. Sometimes he would respond to an email or call within minutes. That level of communication is rare and I'm grateful for the help. We got the SAM account set up and I was able to then go on to apply for the grant. Fingers crossed!!!

Stephanie Kingston, as a newer employee, did a great job in interactions and keeping me informed. There was some confusion as she used her own email address at times, but at times also used a Justin Sanchez email address. The product, for the services rendered, is too overpriced.

The quick and broad detail of getting help was a A+ for me. Not once did I have to keep calling or worry about there work.

It was a very pleasant process the representative was knowledgeable and when we hit a brief delay it was sorted out between both parties without further delay.
