Delayed and still not changed
The item was delayed because I asked to see a proof. Then I asked to have the name of the band added under the song title since I was already going to be late. Then the package was delayed even further and no change was ever made. I received 3 notifications that the item shipped before it ever shipped. Your customer service is very misleading and communication is poor

I purchased the Circular photo Sandy framed art print as a wedding gift. I absolutely love this gift, and am sure the newlyweds will as well. FamiPrints customer service was great - they promptly answered my emails with useful and accurate information.

Was very excited for this order as it…
Was very excited for this order as it was a gift for my wife for Mothers Day. Well that excitement has turned to frustration and aggravation not only will this order not arrive on time as I've received multiple emails over the course of a week saying my order shipped. However when I track my order it says yet to ship. I've made a ticket and sent numerous emails and got one response saying it has shipped but a tracking number was not provided. Having read the reviews I have little faith that my order will arrive anytime soon and if it does it will be damaged or not up to standards as some of these emails are a few yrs old it seems little has improved.

Would have been a 5 star review
The idea is a grand slam and actually brought tears to my wife’s eyes; however, due to poor packaging my canvas was damaged upon receipt. I wish FamiPrints the best and would definitely recommend an increase in packaging protection on their future shipments to customers.

FamiPrints Working it Out
So far I'm not impressed with FamiPrints. I paid over $100 with Expedited Shipping on 4/21. It's now 5/1 and I've sent about 6 emails, opened 4 tickets, and not a single response. I want to know when I will reciev what I ordered and I'd like to be reimbursed for expedited shipping. I will update this review once I receive my product. Update 5/7/24: I reached out the the FamiPrints team on 5/1/24 to say I no longer want the product. I was yet to hear from them at this time. I did hear from someone named David and I told him I do not want the product and to just keep it since it was still not marked as shipped and I was supposed to have it by then. I did receive the product on 5/6/24. The outer edges on the top and bottom are scuffed so the black ink now shows white where it looks like the canvas was dragged face down.

Extremely Pleased!!!!!
I usually don't leave reviews but when I'm extremely happy with a product and a company, i have to show support and give prips. Customer service is top notch. Every time I had a concern, they contacted me within a timely matter and were able to resolve my concern right away. Once I received my product, I was very happy. I got this for my daughter and son in law as a wedding gift. I know they are going to love it because it's all about them and it's a one of a kind gift. It is designed by you with your pictures. This is the perfect gift for any person or people in your life that is just for them. I plan on ordering more in the future.
