In 2007 we installed a 24 foot round above ground swimming pool. I am happy to report it is still working -we enjoy it every summer and we live in Alaska. The only thing we've had to replace in 12 years was the solar blanket

Hockey table arrived with the playing surface damaged caused during shipping. Called the company and was instructed to use the website to submit a support request. Filled out request page - email address, name, phone number, brief description of damage and attached a couple of pics. Company called me the same day and sent out a new table. Fast and great service. The kids are happy

My 10 year old Yard Guard cover had to be replaced this year. I called FamilyPoolFun and spoke with Jay. I had concerns that the replacement cover's hardware may not line up with the already installed anchors around the pool. Jay asked me a couple of question and determined exactly the right cover that was needed. It arrived a couple of days later and was extremely easy to install because the anchors and tie downs matched up exactly. Thank you Jay for making my replacement cover purchase and installation quick and easy.

I bought a Gorilla Pool Pad from this company after dealing with their other online store called Family Gokarts. The pool pad shipped fast and was exactly what I needed to get my pool put up for the year. It keeps grass and small rocks from damaging the liner and works great. I called to place the order instead of going through the website. The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of emails back and forth to finalize the order, but overall the order process was trouble-free, and everything went as expected.
