In a time where EVERYTHING is uncertain and just plain crazy... and I wish the communication was a little better. The product i ordered arrived (a lot later than expected) however it is a wonderful product, money well spent. this company is NOT A SCAM - they are hardworking family owned company that is doing the best they can... like everyone else. LIke i said i wish communication was a little better, but you have to give grace .. everyone is doing the best they can. BE KIND to one another....

We live in Ohio and we visited a dealer about a pool. The only one they had available, was way too large for the area we had in our yard. Due to COVID-19, they told us they couldn't get us another pool unless we waited 8-12 weeks, or more. On top of that, they didn't know if they could install it, due to where we lived in proximity to their dealership. Even if they would agree to install it, we were looking at September. Not to mention their installation price was not all inclusive. So, we started looking around for just pools, with a subcontractor to install it. We called every dealership within a certain mile radius from our home. No one could get us a pool. We then resorted to shopping online. Every web dealer from our home to Georgia, had their pools marked as Out of Stock. We came across Family Pool Fun, and they told us they could get us one. I placed the order and Jay text me that evening to ask if I had any unanswered questions about their pools. Andrea followed up soon after with a phone call to confirm our order. She told us roughly four weeks, but that she couldn't say for sure, due to COVID-19, it may take longer. Jay responded to my text message a little over a week ago that it was due to ship by late last week. It arrived today and everything that we order was on the pallet. The pallet was in great shape with shrinkwrap and strapping! Saia was the carrier who brought it, which it did take them 7 days to ship our pool less than a 6 hour transit. A total of 7 weeks from the time we placed our order until it delivered. But you must understand, we live in a rural part of Ohio and with all of the issues with COVID-19, things are at a crawl. None of these things are to be taken out on Family Pool Fun. It is not fair to mock someone's faith, or accuse them of being thieves and liars. They took the time to put us on a list that others were not even willing to do. Some dealers wouldn't even return our calls. So thank you Family Pool Fun for what you did for our family!

Despite everyone else giving this company 1 stars I am giving them 5. We ordered our pool on May 16th knowing that we were in the middle of a pandemic and that things would be delayed. We were first told that our pool would be delivered the last week on June first week of July. That worked for us since we had to prep our yard for the install. We then received a second email saying that our delivery would be the first full week of July second week of July. I kept in contact with the company via text message (yes it was a few hours or a day before I received a response). I also sent emails and always received a response back. While others feel like Jay is just giving the run around I did not feel that way at all. He gave me honest answers and told me that my pool was delayed. The only problem I ran into was that my pool was sitting at the shipping warehouse in my town for a few days without my knowledge. But I made a phone call to the shipping company SCIA and they had us scheduled for the next day. My husband and I checked our package and all pieces were there. We also used the extra time to level our ground. In the end and after a lot of youtube videos we decided to have a pool construction build our pool. The pool is absolutely beautiful and worth the wait. My advice about this company is to be patient. While some feel like they are just getting the run around. I feel like this company is working hard to fill orders during such a difficult time in our country. Pools are still being manufactured but slowly since people are working with social distancing etc. No one and I mean no one could have predicted that COVID-19 would have impacted our lives the way it has. It also doesn't help that we are stuck in our homes with nothing to do so many are buying pools that normally would not. This season is a different case than normal. But I appreciate all of the hard work that Jay and his employees are putting in for us so we can still enjoy what is left of summer!

Family Pool Fun has great customer support! We purchased a winter pool cover 6 month ago and was missing our installation rod and I offered to buy a replacement but was sent one free of charge! Not only is Family Pool Fun products great but also great customer service to back them up! Thank you to Jay and the rest of FPF family.

Good website and support. Needed help on Sunday and the Tech service guy gave me his personal cell number so I could call him Sunday (on his day off) when I was setting up the pool! The EZ Sunday Pool was a simple pool to set up with the one type screw. You have the most complete kits.

I filled out the order form wrong and got the wrong cover, family pool fun sent me a new one. All In had to do was pay for the return shipping on the first cover. The new cover fit perfect and looks great. Jay went above and beyond being helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs pool supplies.

I would rate 10 stars instead of five. I have ordered a Winter cover for абоbe ground pool from familypoolfun.com. 15x30 The cover came 4 days faster than supposed to be. Well-made, strong, strong, easy to install. Jay was very helpful with all my questions and responded right away. Great company. Great people. Reliable seller. Fully satisfied customer – me.
