I ordered my pool steps 5/23/22 and to this day they have not arrived! I've called several times with ZERO resolution! Our credit card company will be investigating and returning our money! THANK GOD we paid with a credit card! Our pool party is 6/18 and STILL NO STEPS! My husband has had major surgery and can not get up and down regular above ground steps! Now I'm having to buy USED steps from a lady off Facebook in order to accommodate my husband so he can enjoy our son's birthday party. RIDICULOUS!!!

The only reason they are getting one star is because I cannot give zero stars which is what they deserve. Jay was rude and unhelpful and was too busy to bother with my problems even though I just been over $750. His response to me was “if you don’t like my answer… Sorry”. It took me over a week of constant pestering to even get them to answer me back, once they did I was told they would not exchange the wrong size pool liner for the one I needed even though they had it in stock. Furthermore I would be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as be responsible for all return shipping costs . I would then have to purchase the correct liner from them, which I will not be doing! I will never do business with these people again and would not recommend anyone else do so either. Of the absolute worst customer service experiences I have had to deal with in a long time!

I ordered a pool ladder April 19, 2022. After 3 weeks I did not hear from them other than an email saying my order was pending. I decided to order from Amazon and got the ladder the next day. I cancelled my order May 7. It is now June 9th and still no refund. They are insisting it was refunded on May 10. It has NOT!!! The person from the company is arguing with me but I'm looking at my account and NOTTA DIME!!! Don't waste your time or money! They are very unprofessional and rude!

Terrible. Claims that a standard 18 foot round 52 inch is "custom" so no returns. Fishy. Also returned 3 items we didn't need according to our installer. 25% restocking fee plus they claimed we didn't return one of the items (the most expensive one) even though the UPS weight was indicative of that item (the heaviest one) was in there. Rude customer service. Go elsewhere.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Have not received my order in over a month. Tried calling only to get a recording during business hours. They never called back. Emailed numerous times sometimes with no response, other times with generic letter stating they are looking into it. “Jay” sent email saying order shipped with no tracking info. That was over two weeks ago. I do not believe this company even exists. Sending letter to BBB along with dispute to my credit card. They charged it right away but you receive NOTHING! Find a reputable company to purchase from because this isn’t it.

HORRENDOUS AND DONT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS! Don’t give them a penny of your money. Trust me when I say to go elsewhere. Even if it costs a few extra bucks it will be well worth it in the long run. Extremely rude. They have a long horrible track record but you cannot post a negative review on their site. They come across in their advertising as a religious company. Give them a call about a mistake they made and see their true colors. I’ve spoken to quite a few of their reps including the owner. Real nasty arrogant people. Run!

Horrible. Never order from here. It’s been 11 months and we still don’t have our part. We paid over 700 dollars and Jay never calls us back.

Horrible and unprofessional! I bought a $5000 pool last June 2021 and by August 2021 the liner had a rip in the seam. When I called over 20 times and sent approximately 30 emails regarding this matter they simply pawn me off to one person after another. Then they tell me that it’s a manufacturer issue and that they send them the claim. BTW there is no contact info provided for the “manufacturer “ and it has been 7 months with no resolution or any feedback. I left a review on google with a response from “the owner” stating that “it takes time for manufacturer claims” I’ve spent and wasted so much money and water on this problem that they are simply ignoring. Bad business practices. They couldn’t care less!
