Ordered a safety pool cover that included steps which without taxes was over 700 dollars. I was sent a cover that did not include steps which didn't find out until had pool closed and cover was being installed. Contacted Family Pool Fun and instructed by Jay to send multiple pictures of box labels and cover. Sent the pictures then Jay wanted me to remove cover and ship it back to them. I ask him to send me a replacement or refund and I would ship the cover back. He closed the dispute and didn't here back. Spent a season waiting for response and had cover sitting in box waiting for a replacement that never came. Contacted company again and Jay wanted a couple more pictures which I sent many more showing all angles of cover to include cover serial number on cover label and from box. After waiting I received no response, so called again and was told that message passed on and wait for response. Received response that pictures do not show issue and send more pictures. Feel like all I have gotten is run around with these people, so I guess they want to get mad and give up on them ever doing the right thing! Their website claims 100 percent satisfaction on surface looks good but if you do send back there is a 25 percent restocking fee and you must cover shipping. Would never recommend this company to anyone ever and think they should be investigated by the better business bureau. If I ever get a positive solution/outcome from this company, I will send out a follow up review.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company! If I could give it a zero I would. New liner was ripped at the seam on May 29th. After 34 emails, I called everyday, was hung up on, called a nuisance at one point by the rep!! I had a bad feeling from the very start. As of June 28th, the replacement liner was installed. A month later!! The process was horrendous to get the replacement liner! Buyer beware of this company!!

BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely horrible. They sell products that are hazardous to your health. We have been trying for more than 4+ years to get a resolution for a sauna that emits unsafe levels of formaldehyde!

This is bar none the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered a liner almost 4 months ago. The shipping company messed up the delivery and I’m being told that until the shipping company clears up the claim with you guys I won’t get my new liner made and shipped. It blows my mind that your company doesn’t honor an order until this issue is resolved with the shipping company. How is this my fault?? I was told that I can cancel the order and request a refund. Had I known that getting a refund and re-ordering the liner would speed things up, I definitely would have done that. If I had requested a refund you would’ve been out of that money until the shipping company figures out the claim. So I don’t understand why the order couldn’t be completed as soon as you figured out the issue with FedEx. Your customer service representatives never respond to any of my email requests. I have to call in and get updates all the time. The way the phone staff handles the calls is shameful. They’re arrogant and make me feel like I’m bothering them while I’m trying to make sense of this substandard service. Beware before you decide to give these people your money. They’re extremely rude and unprofessional!!

STAY AWAY FROM FAMILY POOL FUN. The worst Customer service experience I have ever encountered and I buy online daily .... I am in awe of how they handle their business. They will not stay in business operating like this ..It will catch up to them . I will add to disgruntled customer list . Similar experiences as others on here . Ordered pool cover anchors and long tubes to install into ground . Shipped only the aluminum tube no anchor , no paperwork . Finally after the 3rd email told me they ship separate. REALLY listed as 1 sku on website not 2 ..tube is useless without the anchor SHOULD NOT EVEN SHIP.. Sent no less than 15 emails' asked for them to pay for shipping the tubes back since they did not ship me what I ordered and they refuse to do it.. Trying to tell me if I buy something at Target they dont pay for your gas back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME .. First of all understand how to do business online and admit your ERROR and take care of your error. Don't blame me for your Negligence.

I can't rate lower than 1 star? They don't deserve any stars. The customer service at this place is non-existant. I ordered a set of pool stairs for my parents and they came in damaged. It was turned in 4 weeks ago and still has not been resolved. When I call they tell me to email. However, they never answer their emails. It is ridiculous!!! I will never ever do business with this company again.

I wish I read these reviews before doing business with the company. I ordered a wall foam and an 18' round pool pad. I was later told by my pool liner installer that I didn't need these, so I returned both the foam and the pad. It cost $154 to ship back, plus a 25% restocking fee. The pad was $124 and the foam was $84. Therefore, I was going to take a loss. I followed up with them a few weeks later and they tell me I did not return the $124 pad. The weight of my return shipment clearly indicates that I returned the pad and the foam. Their customer service is rude and incompetent. They actually accused me of lying several times and did not even try to help me resolve the issue. Therefore, I am out about $400 after all said and done. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
