Buyer Beware. Do not buy from this company. I ordered a swimming pool cover from Jay in November. I gave Jay the pool and patio deck measurements and was reassured they would return it if it didn't fit. The pool was finished in December and the swimming pool cover was too big and could not be installed. The pool cover was never taken out of the box. After several requests to start the process of return early January, I finally received an email from Jay that he would have to contact the manufacturer and I had to submit pictures of the pool cover to show that there was no damage to shipping box and cover. After months of weekly emails and phone calls, Jay continues to use stall and delay tactics. He finally told me that Andrea would take care of the issue. Every time I call the company and ask for Andrea I am told that she is on the other line and they will take my information and she will call me back. It is now May and she never has returned my call. The staff is rude, disrespectful and from my perception very dishonest.

I recently brought a pool from this company back in March I recieved first week of April and had paid hundred to get ground level out and pool put together my pool wasn’t even up for a whole month and it’s collapse when I call and told them I got nowhere I email the company and got no where I sent them pics of what happen and when I was able to finally get a email from someone he ask for my order number and never heard back from him I’m giving them to end of day to respond or I’m callin my bank and get in my money back

Do not buy from this company! We ordered a pool vacuum a month ago.. never received an email for tracking so my husband called and they told him he had to confirm order first .... which he never got an email to do. Also they had already taken the money out of our account. So they finally sent a confirmation which he responded to. Another week and half went by and we still didn’t get a tracking number so he called again and they said their warehouse was slammed and behind. So another week went by. Called again and asked to to talk to a manager and the girl said there wasn’t a manager. Are you kidding me? Anyway he said he wanted a refund and to cancel the order and she said it would take 3 days to receive a refund and that he would have to email to cancel. So he did and he never received a response or anything. So then the very next day he got an email saying it was shipping without then even acknowledging that we wanted to cancel. This is the shadiest company I’ve ever delt with. Truly horrible. Still don’t have our vacuum. I’m going to the better business bureau with this.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with familypoolfun i attempted to purchase a pool heater, it took almost a week with at least 8 phone calls to finally get a call back. the young lady "Andrea" told me that the order was cancelled, she continues with a nasty tone and condescending attitude to tell me that my attempted purchase was fraudulent because she googled my house and did not see a pool!!! I googled it and showed her where it was and she then insisted that i send them a money order! (there is no chance of that, i don't trust them at all now) and then slams the phone down on me. WOW, certainly a first with that experience!! Horrible people and company!

Absolutely the worst Pool Company I've ever dealt with my pump is very weak tried to tell them that they said we need more detail how much more detail do you need they would not return my call they kept saying they'll call me back in a few hours it took over two weeks to hear from them I would not buy anything from this company

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!😥😡😥😡 I ordered a pool for $1,697.74. It shows in pictures (in the description of item) that your purchasing, that it comes with liner and pump. There is 3 pictures you can swipe right to view of item or items you are purchasing, so when you see first picture it shows the whole swimming pool, swipe right and it shows pool liner, swipe right again and it shows pool pump, swipe right again and it shows whole pool again. So it makes you believe that you are buying what is in the description of pictures that the company shared of the item you are buying. Well, that's not the case!!!! I'VE CALLED AND EMAILED FAMILYPOOLFUN.COM and also to CW INCORPORATED SO MANY TIMES!!! I ONLY RECEIVED ONE EMAIL BACK AND THAT WAS TELLING ME THAT I NEEDED TO ADD MY ORDER#, SO I DID. NEVER RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL AND STILL NO PHONE CALL BACK... ORDERED THIS POOL JANUARY 5TH, 2020, ITS NOW MARCH 4TH, 2020 AND ALL I HAVE IS A POOL FRAME. AT THE BOTTOM OF THEIR PAGE IS Q&A, A CUSTOMER ASKED IF THE LINER COMES WITH THIS PARTICULAR POOL AND CW INCORPORATED ANSWERED "YES". I FINALLY CALLED AMAZON AND THEY WERE VERY NICE AND THIS AMAZON GUY GOT ME ON THE PHONE WITH FAMILYPOOLFUN ( WHICH ALSO GOES BY CW INCORPORATED) AND THIS LADY I SPOKE WITH AT FAMILYPOOLFUN WAS VERY HATEFUL AND RUDE TO ME. SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHY THE Q&A WAS ANSWERED "YES" , BECAUSE SHE SAID IT DOES NOT COME WITH LINER OR PUMP. I TOLD HER THAT THE PICTURES AND THAT ANSWER WERE VERY DECEIVING AND THAT I WANTED A FULL REFUND BACK. SHE SAID THAT SHE DOESN'T KNOW THE POLICY ON REFUNDS SO SHE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED CALL BACK OR EMAIL!! THEY HAVE ALSO DELETED THAT Q&A AFTER I TALKED TO THE LADY THAT WAS SO HATEFUL TO ME ( BUT I DID GET A SCREENSHOT OF IT FOR MY LAWYER BEFORE THEY HAD CHANCE TO REMOVE IT😂) THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND THE PEOPLE THAT YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH WILL TREAT YOU GREAT UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY, ONCE YOU'VE PAID, YOU'RE SCREWED!!!!😡😡😡 I'M VERY SICK AND JUST WANTED A POOL TO ENJOY WITH MY KIDS THIS SUMMER, WANTED A POOL BY SPRING, THAT'S WHY I PURCHASED IT IN JANUARY, ITS ALREADY MARCH, IM SO DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I rarely write a complaint about a purchase but this has been the worst experience EVER! I ordered a pool closing kit and a winterizing ball from familypoolfun.com . What I received was two bags of shock and a bottle of algicide (I paid them more than twice of the cost of those items) where’s the rest of the chemicals!!! Never received the winterizing ball. I told the sales contact Jay Backer, he told me that it is correct. First that is not what I ordered, and second never received the winterizing ball. Jay Backer said I can return them for a full refund. I did just that after waiting weeks for a return of material authorization. They had me return the items to their distributor, Cinderella Pool Supply. Then fast forward another 3 weeks or so and no refund. After I complained multiple times I received a small refund. They said the reason is that there is a 24% restocking fee and shipping costs, but I shipped it and I never received the winterizing ball so they also charged me 24% on something they never sent me!!! These people are crooks and will find every way to scam you!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

This company is really bad from the business rules to individual support person. I talked to the sales person and agreed on pool cover layout, then, they send me a wrong pool cover, after I return, the charged me almost 1/3 money (191.01) for "return" because this company's fault. When I talked with support lady, she is really rude and there is no any basic business common sense.
