All I ordered was a ladder for my pool, it’s been a month and I still haven’t received it I have wrote to them countless times and all I get is a form letter back I really wished I would have looked at these reviews before I ordered this I will be letting the Better Business Bureau know The lack of ethic this business has!!!

We are so disappointed with this company. We ordered a pool at the end of a May and was looking forward to having one this summer. Well it’s been 4 weeks now, and still no pool. We have asked for updates and they just don’t seem to have any. I have emailed them numerous times and still no response. If they don’t have the pools in stock, 1. They shouldn’t be selling them and 2. Just be honest and say they aren’t available. I think most of other pool companies all say out of stock. Ummm.. that’s probably because there aren’t any available! They have no integrity what so ever. Now.. we may never get a pool after all.

Horrible horrible customer service and communication! I ordered and paid for a pool in May 5th. I have been emailing and calling the past two weeks on the status. They have had my money since May and I cannot get someone to call me back with an update. I emailed Jay Backer in numerous occasions and couldn’t even get a courtesy phone call. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund and this is the response I got back: Hello We will tell the warehouse to stop the shipment and redirect to another family. The refund will take 3 to 15 business days. Happy 4th of July! Thank you Jay Backer 320-695-2899 Very rude and inconsiderate and I will never deal with this company ever again nor will I encourage anyone else to deal with them. I understand the whole COVID thing but 2 months and no courtesy to answer my inquiries! I also find it funny that you can’t write a review on their website.

I purchased a pool over a month ago. The one and only time you will hear from them is two days after they take your money. They refuse to answer the phone or respond to emails. Jay is a liar who only sales items he doesn't have in inventory. My pool is on back order and if you go on the website, even a month later, the pool says "in stock" and 2 week delivery. Don't be fooled by Jay. Please for own sanity and health shop elsewhere.

Absolutely awful company to deal with! I ordered a pool entry system on May 23, 2020, its now June 23,2020 still no steps no response to numerous voucemails I have left. I did receive an email however that simply stated "end of the month" meaning by the end of June. Seriously I spent almost $900 and you can't ship steps within the 3-12 day period. This is why I have American express I will be calling them at the end of June if we dont have not received our product to do a charge back on your company so now it just cost you money. I understand the 3-12 day period sure no problem but 30 days and we can't use our pool come on now step up your game. I ordered my pool supplies from Leslie pool (thank the lord) and got everything in 3 days step it up people. God Bless

These are the kind of emails you get when they refuse to do their job. That they can't foresee a future with covid...ummm we ordered our pool during covid, not the issue...the issue issssssssss wrong order geniuses! Customer service is cocky and rude. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered a pool liner the end of May. My credit card was charged two weeks later. To date I still have no pool liner. I received an email asking if I would confirm receipt. I responded to the email saying that I had not received my order nor had I gotten a confirmation notice that it hadn’t even shipped. I have left voicemail messages and sent emails requesting an update on this order but have not received anything yet. This is my first time ordering and very well may be my last depending on the outcome of this situation. Unfortunately it appears that I am not the only one with the same problem! In addition to all of that every place I have looked to order another liner is already sold out! I certainly hope they make good on this and I don’t have to wait another year before I can enjoy my pool.
