Have sent several emails and called several times and left messages (no answer of course) AND STILL NOTHING!!! C’mon people, get it together! You have several businesses under the same owner and I don’t understand how. Your customer service is a joke! I get it, times are tough right now but you’ve had months to adjust to the new standards! 🤦🏼‍♀️ As of July 21 our pool pump blows sand in the pool no matter what we do. Bought another 200lbs of sand thinking that was the issue and it wasn’t. I have tried contacting familypoolfun for advice and they dont return my calls. Am now in the process of filing complaint through the Better Business Bureau. Oh and when you call and get their voicemail, the owner says God Bless. What type of Godly being treats people with such deceit?!? ***Take my advice as well as many others, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!***

DO NOT ORDER POOL FROM THIS COMPANY !!! WE ORDERED A POOL IN MAY. WE NEVER RECEIVED IT ... They received money from loan company they recommended!!!! We have tried to cancel are loan for a week now and the loan company and the pool company giving us run around IF you can get them to answer .. We also paid 800 dollars out of pocket and 300 DOLLARS IN LOAN PAYMENTS FOR A POOL WE DONT HAVE .... GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK !!! Answer your phones .. Pete and Barbara Martinez .. Nevada

Instead of writing everything that others have already written, like, scam, took money, no call backs, no answers no emails. I could write a book. This company is not to be trusted ever. All the negative reviews are accurate. They want you to believe they are a Christian company with resources listed on their website. Being deceitful is not a Christian principal. File complaints with the better business bureau, the federal trades commission and if you paid with a credit card, file fraud charges on them. They are also listed as Backer-Wencel Incorporated, BW Incorporated and MA Freedom incorporated. Do not be fooled by the company or the website. They truly are a SCAM

Ordered pool that was supposed to come complete with pump and filter. Did not receive. Been trying to contact customer service for 2 weeks now and still no response. Horrible customer support if there even is any. Havent heard from a human yet. Do not order anything from this so called company. Hate to see anyone go through what I am. Also notices that they do not have to many good reviews.

During a COVID-19 world in the midst of summer and not much to do, everyone is searching for a coveted pool. I thought I lucked out by finding this site that actually had some in stock! So I go online, order my pool, and call their number to confirm my order. There wasn’t an answer so I left a message and waited for them to call me back. First, I must say, when I received the confirming call, the woman I spoke with was flat out rude. Her tone and demeanor was shocking considering it was our first interaction and we had never spoke before. I let it go, maybe she was having a rough day- we all have them. No big deal. I’m told it’ll be four weeks until the pool will come and I understand because after all, we are in the middle of a pandemic and I know everyone is searching for a pool. She tells me she can’t give an estimated delivery date or tracking information, but the tracking information will come a couple days before the pool is delivered. In the order confirmation email I received, it says you’ll receive tracking information 3-12 days after the order is processed. A few days go by, I don’t hear anything, then a week, then almost two weeks, and nothing. They haven’t even charged me for the pool yet. So I give them a call and no one answers. I try calling the next day and again, no answer. Try again... no answer. Now its been two weeks since I placed and confirmed my order and I still haven’t been charged and haven’t heard from them at all. I call again, leave another detailed message, and wait. Then I finally receive an email from Judy saying that there’s an issue with the payment and it has been declined which is not possible as there are more than enough funds to cover the cost. I call my creditor to see what’s going on and they tell me that the merchant, familypoolfun has charged my card on two occasions and have reversed the charges thereafter. My creditor confirms that there is nothing wrong on their end or my end, but it’s the merchant with the issue. So I email Judy and let her know what I’ve found out and she says that the billing address isn’t right. (I’m sorry, but I’ve only had one address since I’ve had my credit line and I’ve had the account for years so that really is not possible.) Anyways, I give Judy all of my information again, verifying that it is correct and I don’t hear back from her again. Days go by and I don’t hear anything from them. I call and leave messages, I email Judy, and they never reach out. At this point I’m frustrated because I just want to know what’s going on. Is there a pool for me? Is it ever going to come? Have they cancelled my order? Are they randomly going to charge me again? Am I ever going to hear from them? Are they scammers? Have they stolen my credit card information? My identity? I can’t help but think these things when I have absolutely zero clue about what is happening. I understand in a global pandemic, they’re probably short staffed and in the middle of summer when millions of people are out of jobs, kids are out of school, and everyone is staying home, hundreds if not thousands of people are looking to buy a pool, but come on, that does not excuse them going M.I.A. I’m a reasonable person, I understand if there are delays and struggles, but a little communication with your customers goes a long way. Moral of the story: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. STAY FAR AWAY. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Update: The charges were reversed again by the merchant and I got an email that the order was cancelled.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM FAMILY POOL FUN!!! IT’S A SCAM!!! EVERY POOL COMPANY HAS OUT OF STOCK ON THERE WEBSITE FOR EVERY POOL DUE TO COVID. THIS PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY AND CONTINUE TAKING PEOPLE HARD EARN MONEY WHEN THERE IS NO POOL AVAILABLE!!! I HAD A DOZEN OF MY FRIENDS CALLED AND REQUEST FOR A PURCHASE OF ANY POOL AND OF COURSE FAMILY POOL FUN WANTED TO EXCEPT EVERY ORDER! FAMILY POOL FUN ALSO GUARANTEED A 2 WEEK DELIVERY 😡

Worst company ever. We ordered a poll on May 20th I still have not received a pool and it is July 12th. The only time you speak to a human is when they want to run your credit card or take your money and that will be the last time you speak to anybody on the phone. This company quotes Bible verses and says God-bless at the end of everything. This is the most unchristian like company I have ever dealt with. Thou shall not steal and thou shall not lie maybe they need to live by their Christian beliefs. Summer is halfway over and I'm having to cancel my pool and look for a different one thanks to Jay and his terrible company. I am disputing the change with the credit card company as fraud because that is what Family Fun Pools are a Fraud!

They put Bible versus on the website but are scamming me out of $199 dollars and not shipping me my items. Watch out to anyone that uses them.
