The only reason why I'm giving them 1 star is because the website is easy to navigate. We purchased our pool early April 2020. They told us 2-3 weeks for delivery. Mid May we get a email saying due to Covid it would be mid June, then July, then September. It's impossible to speak with anyone their either by phone or email. Finally I called our bank and told them the situation and asked if they could reverse the transaction somehow. They said to contact the police as they felt this is a form of fraud being they're continuing to take orders knowing they can't fill them. I called our police department who actually called Family Pool Fun and spoke with Jay. Per the officer (who has the recorded conversation) Jay got upset, was rude at the officer, said we were "waisting tax payer dollars" for having to get law enforcement involved. We were doing what our bank suggested. To me this is total fraud because they're still taking people's money knowing well they don't have the items to deliver. We finally got instructions on how to cancel our order. We have to go back to the original email for the order confirmation and reply CANCEL. It took almost 3 weeks to get our refund and they shorted is almost $200. I emailed them back asking why the shortage and never got a response. I hope everyone who is thinking about purchasing from them thoroughly reads the reviews!

This company is a scheme. I order 15' above ground pool back in June 2020.i have been told by the guy name Jay that the pool is in stack and available to ship out in 2 weeks before i purchase. 3 weeks went by no phone call no email no text from from the store. i called and there is no ans, email no reply so text no reply. after a month i finally able to get some one to ans the call but she just asked me to email and said that it push back another 3 weeks and every time after 3 weeks push back the last word from them was i will get my order in the 3rd week of November. i ask for instruction for cancel my order over the phone email, text. still no ans they just took the money and do nothing for me. i have no more patient for them. PLEASE! do not conduct any business with them ( FamilyPoolFun) they are terrible

Worse company I have ever dealt with in my career. I canceled my order and will never deal with them again and I hope whoever reads this does the same.

It takes me 3 months to work with them, but still do not receive the package. The shipping company says the package was lost. They did not want to work with the shipping company to figure out the problem. They only assume they have no responsibility after ship the item out.

Placed an order for two items, they billed for both and only shipped one item. After numerous contacts they finally shipped the additional item weeks late. Upon receipt, one of the items was of poor quality and the other the wrong size. When I tried to return they would no longer reply to numerous requests for an RA number. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company in order to get our money back. Due to lack of customer service, lack of responsiveness and poor products would highly recommend NOT doing business with Family Fun Pool.

Ordered a pool pump and motor, nearly $700.00 3 weeks ago. Still no motor at my home. The customer service is absolutely AWFUL!!!Run, don't walk before ordering anything here. They don't care about the customer, just the money. I will file a complaint with my credit card and get my money back. Never again with these clowns.

I ordered a vacuum from My Family Pool Fun Inc. I made every attempt to cancel this order per the web site instructions for 3 weeks after I placed it. I still received the order over 3 weeks later. I returned the order (at my cost) and was charged a restocking fee of $66. The owner finally emailed me back only after I questioned his business practices. In his email, he admitted that “the system did not pick up the cancellation”. I’m out over $80 because his company did not cancel the order. Please do not do business with this company or any other affiliated with it. This is a terrible company that will just cost you money! If you don’t believe me, before you order something, just try to contact them. Email, phone doesn’t matter just try!

Ordered In the Swim Winter Pool Closing Kit. Through Amazon, they were a vendor on there. Didn't receive In the swim winter pool closing kit, they substituted other stuff & I received other brands stuff & they shorted me product. Now I've have been trying to get my money back & they don't respond, other than contact tech support. I want a refund! I didn't receive what I ordered. Sleasy company, STAY AWAY!
