Not only did my Christmas gift for my mother come out exceeding expectations, it also was super easy to customize it how I needed. Furthermore, Family Panda almost immediately updated me with order/shipment status when I reached out to ask, not to mention a relatively quick ship time. I will definitely be buying their products again in the future.

This was a Gift which will last the test of time. The servicing time was notable, and the assistance via email was "priceless".
