What i got was advertised for valetines day for a specific valentines gift. I ordered a week ahead of valentines and it came in a week after valentines. It wasnt even shiped until ventines day. Pretty much ruined my valentines gift. Customer service is no good. Once i knew i wouldnt get it in time, i asked just to cancel the order since it would be pointless getting it after the holiday. I was just given a write up of their cancelation rules. In the future ill be sure anyone i know doesnt use family panda

3 months from my order date and it hasn't arrived. I have ordered a cup for Christmas for my husband. The first time I sent them an email they couldn't even find my order and after I sent them the email with the order details they apologized but still they didn't give me money back. 3 months now.. This company is a scum 100%. If I had spent more money to this site I would have gone to a lawyer. Don't buy from them unless you want to throw your money.

Just aweful. Im pretty upset. I will never buy again, waste of $76. Was suppose to get a loin and cub picture for my boyfriends father birthday gift and I NEVER received a tracking number. I ordered this 4 weeks ago almost and nothing. Tired to send an email to them but says it won’t even go through. Don’t buy anything from them. It’s a scam.

The worst online purchase I have ever made! I ordered a Christmas gift which was delivered long after Christmas....but the worst of all is that it was THE WRONG ITEM! I have sent proof (a photo) that it was indeed the wrong item but still waiting for an answer.... I have already contacted them 4 times and still no answer! Such a waste of my money!

They take your money and they DON'T send you anything. I still have not received any tracking number after several emails, I'm convinced that I'll never get what I ordered

I contacted them 4 times since receiving my family tree collage on Jan. 6th. It was meant for my Mother's Christmas present. The item has verbiage on the canvas that Family Panda put on one side plus the custom verbiage that I actually ordered. I would have never ordered verbiage that says "This is Us" for my divorced mother. The worst part: a picture of my daughter that was uploaded to Family Panda was not used, instead they replaced it with a stranger's photo who is a different ethnicity than my family. They said they would check their warehouse on Jan 11th, but I haven't heard from them since then. I am now pursuing a claim via PayPal to get my $106.94 back. I'll never do business with this horrible company again. Their PayPal billing is registered to a Chinese company DBA DHT JVC PTE. LTD

This is terrible. Ordered mid Dec and received Feb! Then I notice the gift to my girlfriend was also much later than her birthday Jan 2nd, also it was supposed to be a picture of me and her but it was a regular couple, like I could by in any store. I was cheated and have not been replied to after to get this right. Lousy company!!!

It took about 2 months to get here and I ordered 2 ornaments and only received one. I have emailed them (the only way to contact them) numerous times and received no help and no response. I would not recommend ordering from here. very unreliable and horrible costumer service.
