I would give them less than 1 star but can't. I ended up ordering pillow I did not want (my mistake or issue with website, I'm not sure). I sent an e-mail within 1/2 hour to cancel the order. They contacted me the next day and said a 20% fee would be charged for cancelling the order. They then did not fulfill the order because I questioned the 20% charge. I only wanted to cancel the pillow. The gift was a mother's day gift and on Monday they informed me they held the entire order. Their e-mail responses are also insulting by saying in each of them, "as stated in the previous email. . ." as if I don't understand. This company is either fly by night or very poorly run. I do not recommend doing business them. I believe they give internet businesses a bad name.

Sent to wrong address . Said received. I went there not there I did not give you that address your mistake not mine. Now I am out my baby’s picture and my 28$. Not Happy.

Just don’t bother, if you do allow 6 weeks prior to your occasion or your be very disappointed.

I wanted this gift as a 5th Anniversary gift for my wife. The system never quoted me how long it would take to arrive at my house. It took over a week past the needed date to arrive. I don’t appreciate being made to look bad due to lack of information. You should be able to tell a customer how long it will take.

Very disappointed in the anniversary gift I ordered for my husband! Not what I expected to get! Waste of money for a flimsy poster!! Will not be shopping on your site again

I’ve ordered a mug from that website as a gift for Mother’s day. I’ve ordered it on 24/02 to give enough time for arrival. However on 09/03 ( today) as I still haven’t received the item and I have contacted their costumer service I’ve got a reply saying “ They have checked my order and it is currently on time so they can’t issue a refund” !!! Really?!? On their website it specifically says 5- 10 business days. In my counting between 24/02 and 09/03 are more than that. Obviously I will have to act quickly and find a different gift for Mother’s day but I will absolutely never recommend this website and will never ever order again. Stay away, don’t waste your money and hopes on gifts that will not arrive.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order for 2 coffee mugs on February 3rd and received 1 mug on February 11th. I have emailed multiple times and the only response I have received to date (March 4th) is a generic auto response saying I was assigned a trouble ticket number and blaming covid for slow responses. Slow responses I can handle, zero responses I can't. I can only assume, at this point, they are attempting to steal the rest of my money. Buyer beware.

This company scams you. They give false delivery dates just to get your money and don’t send the items I ordered a mug for my daughter with the first scan photo on for Christmas It’s now end of feb 21 and nothing . I have emailed and of course they use the covid reason . It’s a good excuse for them . You only have a 2 hour window for a refund after you place order , they are scammers
