I love my canvas to my husband ! It is beautiful and it was easy to do and set up. I have no complaints except for communication bc it was delivered on Christmas Eve but I didn’t realize it bc so much was going on and never received an email until yesterday that it was shipped then one saying it was delivered. Again the product is delightful and I will order from here again thank you .

Bought an ornament for a Christmas present for a daddy to be and while we were both happy with it. I was was disappointed in the quality. It does look of higher quality online where it’s really just a thicker piece of paper glued to a cheap piece of plastic. I feel even just glueing another piece of plastic to the back would make it better as that way the paper can’t be scratched away. That’s why I gave 4 stars everything else was really good.

**Updating to 4 Stars as my order has shipped and will arrive today.** Giving 3 Stars due to lack of communication concerning my order. It was placed on 12/3/20 and I still do not have an order update. I have emailed 3 times and gotten 1 response stating that the order is still in processing. This was a gift that was ordered for our 10 year anniversary, and now I'll be lucky to get it by Christmas. There needs to be more than 1 way to contact the company as only current option is Email and that runs risk of emails getting filtered to Spam for no reason.
