Family PandaReviews of familypanda.co

First time ordering from Family Panda and was a great experience all in all. Website was easy to navigate, order and checkout. I was continuously updated in all regards to my order. Product arrived in a timely fashion, actually earlier than expected, well packaged and is beautiful. My spouse absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend Family Panda and order again, thank you!!

My initial order arrived in an empty box, so naturally I was upset and reached out. It took a little time for Family Panda to research the issue, but they eventually sent a new package and it arrived today. This was a Christmas present for a family member and they love it! They're the kind of people who have everything they need so we try to send sentimental gifts and this hit the mark 100% on that front.

My order came out just the way I had hoped. Delivery was a bit longer than expected but still on time for Valentine's Day.

Got a great product for a good price in a timely manner. Will definitely use this company again.

I ordered a Photo song lyrics canvas. It came in two weeks , it was perfect. Would order other items from this company.

I have expressed disappointment already. This order was placed over 2 months ago, meant to be a Christmas present for my husband as we are expecting a baby. Taking into account your shipping times posted online I was sure it would arrive in plenty of time. Since I did not receive a shipping confirmation or tracking # I sent a couple of inquiries and at one point asked to cancel my order as I knew it would not arrive in time for Christmas. The first two responses I received didn’t bother to look up my order. Just have me a generic response. One person told me my order “had been shipped, so couldn’t be cancelled, and was on track to arrive in time”. I asked to get a tracking number and was ignored. At the end of December, I finally got a tracking number that my order had just been sent, meaning your correspondent lied to me about cancelling my order, so at the very least I could get a refund. I emailed at the end of December expressing my upset and was told my experience was “under review by management”. Yet again, never got a response from you guys. So I guess was lied to again. Now today the end of January, I received this item. An item that is completely useless now, not to mention how much time and frustration went into communicating with you guys. So tell me, how do you resolve terrible experiences like this? Does anyone there do anything at all? I order so much online and have never had such a frustrating experience before.

Very satisfied with my delivery will definitely order again!

I had a great experience and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Didn't expect it to be such excellent quality. I'm having my poster dry mounted. I hope it turns out great.
