Horrible! Tried many times to find out where my package was and never got any answers. Didnt even recieved the item! Absolutely terrible place to order from. Will never do it again.

Dhl has had package over 3 days. P.O. has better service and they would of had my item delivered by now. Call a P.O. to have rep talk to you about cheaper better quicker service with P.O.

Took way too long to ship. By the time I received my order, Father's Day was over.

Ordered a family canvas. It arrived with one name missing and another spelled wrong. After my complaint I was sent another. This time all names were there but the same name was misspelled even after I had corrected the spelling in the email. The birthday it had been purchased for came and went without getting the correct canvas. It was a complete waste of money.

Words were so small they were printed blury, totally disappointed

I sent 2 emails complaining of the quality of my purchase and i received an automated email stating I would be contacted. No one ever contacted me-I will 100% never ever shop here again and I will tell others not to either!

Still haven’t received my purchase , I was told they couldn’t do anything about it and to contact the post office. I filed a claim with the post office and still months later ( ordered for Father’s Day) haven’t heard anything back. Money wasted

Horrible experience. I ordered a gift for Fathers Day on June 3. Today is June 26 and my order wasn’t even shipped. Customer service is terrible, they just send generated answers, every time promising to ship order soon. I feel like they will never ship my order. Supposed to be cute gift for my husband, thanks to this company no gift at all. Shame!
