I had placed my orders and within a little over a week the products are at my door. I love the tracking information they give so I can track the products I ordered. I had no reason to contact customer service.

The first cup arrived in pieces. The replacement cup arrived fully in tact but the personalized name was blurry. At this point Mother's day has long passed, so I just gave her the blurry cup. I won't be ordering from here again though. ** UPDATE ** 6-22-2021. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! After my above review Lily from the company contacted me. They replaced the replacement cup...which turned out beautiful this time.... and were so helpful and responsive that I ordered another item from them.. I am VERY impressed with this company and their tireless dedication to make sure their customers are satisfied. I have and will order from this company again! Thank you!

My wife loved the canvas. Only thing was she tried to hit the "play" button. NOw that i think about it, how cool would that have been if she hit "play" and the song did play! That would have been fantastic
