I wish I could put a 0/5 Stars. I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas. It isn’t expected to arrive till January 18th. I tried to cancel the order right after purchasing the sweatshirt and seeing the delivery date, because that is after Christmas and I don’t need it then. The company emails me telling me that sweatshirt is already in production. I tried to cancel the order literally 5 minutes after placing the order. And no refunds because the product is custom made to order.

I was supper excited I order and shirt…
I was supper excited I order and shirt for my mom for Christmas and it said it was going to get here before Christmas I prefer it 3 weeks ago and I have heard anything from them I got a confirmation email and that’s it tried to get a hold of customer service and they won’t get back to me ! Starting to wish I went with someone else for the shirt if you want something in a timely matter I wouldn’t go with then !

No legit customer service support
Placed an order on 12/3/20 (#FP26182). Received a confirmation email and no correspondence since. Reached out to customer service aka an email address twice & got no response. Provided my order # on the site to check on the status & the feature gave me an error message. At this point I'm not confident I will receive my order before Christmas as promised. I found it odd there was no customer service phone number on the site only a CA address and email. A CA address, no phone #, shipping via DHL...seems deceiving.

Horrible
Ordered my ornament on the 6th and still haven’t received any update regarding shipping or anything. Starting to think it’s a scam and if so, they will be hearing from my lawyer.

Your ornament is still in production and the reason why a tracking number hasn't been available is that Christmas is coming near and it does take a tad longer to complete an order. Terrible!!!!!
Terrible!!!!!! I had placed an order two weeks ago and have YET to receive any update. I have sent three emails, Facebook messages and nothing. I cannot get a response back from this company. Now I am beginning to think this is all fraudulent. I am so disappointed because the item I ordered was for my fiancé who is going to be a first time dad in the summer. This is so upsetting to me and now I don’t even know if I will get my money back. I will be telling all of my co workers, who are teachers, and family and friends to NOT trust this website!

Customer service is pretty much…
Customer service is pretty much non-existent. I placed an order at the beginning of December and haven’t heard a thing almost two weeks later. I’ve tried to reach customer service but just get automated emails.

So hard to get some customer service, They sent the wrong ornament & took a while to receive it.

Over a week with no update on my ornament!
Ordered an ornament for my mom and her newly wed for Christmas on December 3rd. I have heard no word of my item being shipped and no response to the 2 emails and Facebook message I had sent. No update, I have no idea where my item is or if it’s even being processed. No communicating, horrible service! It is now December 12th!
