Took forever to get a response on a shipping confirmation. Due to that alone it scared me thinking this was a scam. It was not, it was just not accurate with the shipping information and I had to hassle customer service to even get that information which I thought was ridiculous. But besides the month it took to receive my order. It's a very nice product and it did make it in time for cmas. So all said and done i would order again but nothing that was needed quickly. And expect a wait for customer service to respond because that took like a week for an actual response not an automated one.

Shipping took a while and the ornament wasn't as high quality as I thought it would be for $20. :/

Disappointed with the forward communications being used to fend off potential “where is my order” questions. However, the egregious omission that nothing is really moving anywhere isn’t better than being left in the dark. Certainly a darned if I do, darned if I don’t situation. More appropriate would have been to be honest and tell customers your order is not going to make it. My initial review was One Star, but after receiving the product, an ornament for our first Christmas, I was pleased with the item and it would be a Four Star. If you don’t have a deadline, and are looking for nice, personalized items, FamilyPanda can provide it.

A bit disappointed as I still have not received one of the items that I ordered. It is suppose to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. As of yet I still have not received the mug.

The ornament is cute but made of light cheap feeling plastic. I didn’t get a shipping update for over 3 weeks. When I tried to cancel after I saw reviews of it being delivered 4 months later, I finally got a shipping update and they said it’s too late to cancel. I did end up getting it before Christmas and I placed the order the day before Thanksgiving. So that’s good

I don't know much about the company because I have not received my items that I ordered yet. Somehow the delivery was delayed.

The cup was amazing but only lasted maybe 2 weeks as the handle broke.
