It’s a scam. Product should arrive a few days ago, they still didn’t send anything and they ignore the customer, saying that they can only accept the complaint if the product does not arrive after another week. Thieves and Scammers! I recommend to avoid any shopping through this website!

My order has still not arrived, and should have been here days ago. I do no get any answer when I e-mail Them.

Ordered a canvas on 1/21/2022. Received a confirmation number that when I go to the website to track says cannot be found. I have sent a few emails back and forth with responses saying please allow another 3-5 days and then please another 2-3 days. When I search the website now it keeps giving error 404 not to mention the website now has nothing listed for sale including the canvas print I ordered. I then went to another website (vistastars.com) since they just so happened to have the canvas I wanted personalized. Before I committed to the purchase I looked around the website and found that they have the same address as familypanda.co. Sounds a bit fishy right. I then decided to use Etsy because they have always been reliable and found the same design from those websites. I reached out to the creator and explained my horrible experience and she asked for the website. It seems as though they have been stealing her images and removing her trademark from them. Please do not buy from this company. It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and have yet to have a shipping update. These websites are a complete scam.

Ordered a customized sign on 1/13/2022 it is now 1/31/2022 and I haven’t received my order or any tracking updates. I received a number but for the last week it has said waiting on shipper to deliver package. No response from the company when I mail except an auto email saying they are out on a company trip. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with this order was for my anniversary and I ordered it two weeks ahead of time with expedited shipping and here we are past the date I needed it and I can’t even get a reply.

Eerste keer mijn bestelling ol 28-11-2021 gemaakt, de geschatte levering was 13-12-2021. Niks binnen gehad, berichtje gestuurd en werd mij verteld dat het pakket verloren was gegaan en dat er een nieuwe werd gestuurd. Nieuwe mail gehad dat de geschatte leverinf 22-12-2021 zou zijn, tot de dag van vandaag (03-01-2021) nog niks binnen. Ik wil mijn geld terug.

I ordered a poster for Christmas. Charge was withdrawn from my account. I did not receive a confirmation #, or notice of order/shipping. I have called the #provided multiple times and no one is ever available to “assist me”. I have left messages with my number and email address as instructed, but despite the messages I have left -nothing. ? Where is my order? My money was taken?

Do not waste your money if you want it timely. I ordered 2 ornaments and a canvas at the beginning of December. They said they shipped the ornaments on December 15th. However, I looked at the tracking information and they only made the ticket on December 15th. They did not drop it off until December 21st. I won't have the ornaments or the picture before Christmas. The turn around time on the website is not accurate. I'm beyond pissed. Not worth it since I paid close to $100.00 for 2 ornaments and 1 small canvas picture. At least if their shipping information was accurate we could decide if we wanted to take the chance or not. All my items are still in California. Absolutely disappointed. I had to buy extra gifts so my son and his wife would have gifts to open. I will never order from them again. You're not able to speak with anyone on the phone. Everything is done by email or text (after emailing and waiting for response). If it's a gift you should order 6 months in advanced to get it timely. Unsatisfied customer.
