It’s been a month and I still haven’t even got that it’s shipped notification so it hasn’t still been shipped yet I do not suggest this to anybody

Been waiting since november. Still no cup. Missed Christmas. What is the hold up?

No customer service, promised 24hr response and still received nothing. Should of had my product delivered well before Christmas orde was placed in November. My last email message I sent was blocked. I will be contacting my C.C. company to stop payment and will never purchase through this company.

I ordered my moms poster for her 70 birthday at the end of November. I didn't know where to put in her info so I emailed them and they emailed me. They message the second week of December and said they just got my info and that I would not have my poster on time. Even though I sent them all the info on time. I'm still waiting for my moms poster. I will have to give it to her late now. As Christmas was her birthday. Very disappointed.

Ordered a Christmas ornament on 12/4. There was no indication on their website - unlike most others- that there could be a delay in shipping. It’s been 24 days since I placed the order and the item has yet to arrive. Customer service, in my opinion, should have issued a refund since this was a Christmas ornament specific to 2020 I will have no use for next year. Instead, I got a barrage of excuses at first, with no attempt to make things right. Subsequently, no response at all. I highly discourage shopping on their site.

Ordered a mug in November and it is December 26 and I still have not received it!! Very disappointed!

Also, terrible experience. I wish I found these reviews when I purchased a Christmas present for my husband. I paid for express shipping and 3 weeks later. No Christmas present arrived. I asked if I could cancel the order, they said no it’s in transit. Which is a lie because I have not received a tracking number or any email that shows that this is on its way. I think this company is a bit of a scam. They claim they will email you with tracking once it ships, I can assure you I never received this. Their response also took atleast 5 days to let me know it was “on the way”. Anyways don’t buy from this company.

I am very disappointed with this company, I ordered product back in Nov and still have not received my merchandise. They are not very helpful when I send them emails regarding this either. I will never order from them again.
