I placed an order on December 15th it’s was 50$ for two mugs said to arrive before Christmas. They still have not arrived and now it’s not accepting my email to help me find my order number. I’m having a really hard time getting ahold of someone. I just hope my order arrives.

Daughter necklace not yet received
0nce again. I placed my order for a daughter necklace on Nov 22.still have not received it. Not even a recent email.... Last email was Dec 2.im at a total loss.......

Miserable customer service
I ordered a picture for my wife for Christmas on the 15th of December. It’s now the 28th and I’ve heard nothing. I was told 3-6 days before item is shipped. I now wish I hadn’t done business with them at all. Had to show my wife a picture of the item because I have no idea when/if it will arrive. Customer service is what makes or breaks a business like this and customer service is where they fail miserably. You can find everything they offer on other websites. I would recommend shopping around and going with someone else.

Ordered an ornament and have not gotten…
Ordered an ornament and have not gotten a notice on tracking information that the original email said. I hope I am not sorry I ordered from this company. $24 these days is hard earned, and I was hoping to have this by Christmas.
