Order #FP22262 delivered somewhere in New Zealand not Australia. These guys seem ultra dodgy

I ordered two mugs for Son and Daughter-in-law for Christmas and I received two of the same mug after Christmas. I will never order from this place again. It’s very unprofessional of them to send me the same mug.

If I could zero or negative stars I would! I ordered a lovely sonogram ornament for my son on December 4 and got notice it would be “in my hands within 7 days” I received tracking notification, that never worked. I attempted to contact the “Panda Family” on December 23 to reroute the item since it was obvious it still had not shipped..... Sadly my son and his wife lost the baby and I wanted to stop or divert the order that should have already been received and got no response from any of my attempts to contact this company’s customer service. Today I received a congratulations email that the ornament has delivered..... nothing like kicking someone when they are already down. Customer service is grossly negligent with this company and they never respond other than automated “thank you for contacting us” emails. If the order had delivered on time as initially promised... it would be a hurtful reminder of the loss... but it would’ve already have been in their possession. But because your company cannot uphold its shipping promises it has now delivered late and reopens an already seeping wound! Disgusting company! Buyer beware!!!

Horrible customer service. I placed my order a month before Christmas and got no correspondence back when I asked many times where my package was. Finally I was told it would be delivered within seven days, after that once again I heard nothing. Only today which is December 30 did I get an email saying it would be delivered on Jan 4! This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband to celebrate the coming of our baby. I’m so disappointed. I asked for a refund twice over the weeks, and now I was just told that because my package is on its way they would not be refunding me! Christmas is over and the surprise is over!

Ordering was easy, but did not receive delivery information like promised. Finally, after 2 weeks I emailed company. All of a sudden I got an emailed with delivery status and I received the item in a couple of days. Item is ok, probably won’t order again. Did not really get a response to my email or an apology.

Horrible customer service if you can even call it that! It is non existent. Order was damaged as in you can’t even read what the canvas says. I have been emailing since December 5th and still have not heard from anyone. Don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else!

Ordered product back in the beginning of December. Did not create, fulfill, or ship product until after Christmas. Customer service was non-responsive and my several inquiries were not responded to, sometimes over a week overdue. Horrible supply chain management, non-existent customer service, severely delayed delivery. Will not order nor recommend.

Terrible experience with this company! Do not waste your money! Finally received my order after Christmas when it was placed on 12/6. The Christmas ornament does not look like the one pictured and is cheaply made. Not worth $22 for a plastic ornament.
