I ordered an ornament for my boyfriend that says "Daddy, this year I'll be snuggled up in Mommy's belly, but next year I'll be snuggled up in your arms (Mom says its the best)" from Family Panda on December 5th with the expectation that the item would arrive prior to Christmas. Not only did I receive an email on December 10th stating that although there are delays, my item would still be delivered within 7 business days, but they also fell through on that promise as well. The ornament was not delivered until days AFTER Christmas. This ornament is specific to this Christmas and this Christmas only (I obviously won't be pregnant with the same baby next year)! I tried to email Family Panda when I received their shipping delay emails and asked them to cancel my order or refund me, which they would not do. TOTAL waste of $25.00 for a cheap piece of ugly plastic that didn't arrive on time to be a gift. I can't believe after all of that, the ornament is a cheap piece of plastic that looks like something you'd buy at the dollar store! I will absolutely NOT be ordering from Family Panda again, and have warned my friends and family about this horrible experience.

Order not delivered in time frame specified. Customer service stinks

The picture of my Dad is unrecognizable. Furthermore, I placed my order on 12/09 and received my ornament after Christmas.

Bought 2 hoodies (best friends). Im really dissapointed. The printings look and are really cheap - and are definetly smaller than advertised. After the first wash it partially comes off. Would not recommend 😡

Still have not received. Have been asked several times to send same info over and over.

I would not recommend Family Panda. I ordered an item and paid extra for expedited delivery. When I did not receive the item within the specified timeframe, I emailed inquiring about the status. I received an email stating that I would have the item within seven days. Seven days passed, and I didn’t even have shipping confirmation. I again reached out, and was told that the item was on its way. I was given tracking information that did not work. The business then tried to blame the delay on Covid. I will not use this business again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered a sentimental mug for Christmas for my partner at the beginning of December, it still hasn’t arrived and when contacting customer service they said it’s due to the high number of orders they received? Maybe they shouldn’t have taken on so many if they couldn’t fulfil them.
