I previously wrote a review with a 1 star rating however, Family custom gifts responded and ended up making sure my husbands shoes did arrive. We love our autism awareness shoes!! They are very comfortable with bright and happy colors.

I ordered 6 premium puzzles. Meaning they were letter coded on the back. I received 6 non-premium puzzles. I requested a refund or an exchange to correct it. I was offered a partial. I did not accept it. This could have been avoided with a simple email before shipment. I would have declined shipment.

It was the first in a series of gifts I purchased for my husband, but it arrived after Christmas. All the others arrived before Christmas. Also he wears 2XLT in everything else, but your sizing was a little small. He likes the hoody, but I wish it fit him better!! Thanks, clm
