Thank you! More and more people tell us they don’t have the time or desire to spend an hour on the phone, and we completely understand. We also hear from people who have talked with other companies where the phone call became a high-pressure push to make a quick decision. When you’re deciding how to deal with your debt, a quick decision is rarely the best decision. We want you to have all the information, plenty of time to think it through and the opportunity to ask as many questions as you need. When you enroll in a debt management plan, we want you to be ready for it and actually excited about the plan you’ve chosen. Whether we explain it by phone, text or email, that doesn’t change.

In a world where we’re all used to texting and getting answers right away, we know waiting can feel like forever when you have a question about your debt management plan. Thank you for the great review! Getting three of your credit cards down to 0% interest is huge! It can be shocking to see how much of a credit card payment can go toward interest instead of actually reducing what you owe. When that interest is reduced or eliminated, so much more of your payment can go toward paying down the debt. We’re also glad everything was easy to understand and you’ve received great service when you needed us. Here’s to watching those balances go down!
