Consistently Late Payments
Payments are late every month. Constantly getting late notices from creditors. Not confident that money is actually going to my bills. Credit Score dropping.

I believe there may be some confusion here. When you enrolled in our program, several of your accounts were already past due. Because of that, it can take time for creditors to update the account status. Accounts are not brought current immediately upon enrollment. Creditors usually require several consecutive payments before they re-age an account, as they wait to see consistent participation in the repayment plan. During this time, you may continue to receive late notices from some creditors. For example, if no payments were made for two months and then payments are made for the next two months, the account would still reflect as two months past due until the creditor re-ages the account or the prior missed payments are otherwise resolved. It appears your accounts are in that transition period. Your credit score has increased since enrollment, not decreased. Payments are being sent and are posting to your accounts as scheduled. We have no record of any delayed disbursements. If you have concerns about whether funds are being received, you may contact your creditors directly to confirm the payment history and compare it with the information shown in our online portal. We disburse funds to creditors every business day. We also reviewed your credit score using the same scoring model from when you enrolled, Vantage 3.0. While credit scores can fluctuate, your score has increased since enrolling with us. We have not received any communication from you regarding these concerns in the past four months prior to this review. We encourage you to contact our Client Services team so we can address any specific questions directly.
