Family Credit Management is a nonprofit organization that has been helping individuals and families get out of debt and regain financial stability for over 30 years.Our NFCC-certified credit counselors provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to help clients understand their financial situation and take control of their future. We offer a range of solutions tailored to each individual’s needs, including traditional Debt Management Plans (DMPs), debt settlement options for those who may benefit, and our exclusive DualTrack Repayment Plan, which combines structured repayment with strategic settlement when appropriate.For clients who are unable to repay all debts at once, we also offer our Priority Pay Plan, designed to help manage limited resources while addressing the most urgent financial obligations. Our approach focuses not only on resolving debt, but also on long-term financial health through budgeting, education, and behavior-based strategies.As a nonprofit credit counseling agency, our mission is to provide honest, practical solutions that work in the real world. We work directly with creditors to help reduce interest rates and fees when possible, while supporting our clients every step of the way.At Family Credit Management, our goal is simple: help people reduce stress, regain control, and build a more stable financial future.

I've been working with Family Credit…
I've been working with Family Credit for over 10 years and they've always been able to assist in lowering my interest rates. Granted there are some creditors that will not work with them, it's still worth the time for the ones that do.

Over 10 years with us! That really means a lot. And you are absolutely right, there are still some creditors that just won’t work with debt management programs. I promise we keep trying! We have over 10,000 creditors who work with us, and we’re always trying to convince the others that helping people repay their debts at a reasonable interest rate is better for everyone. Excellent Customer Service
Customer Service is professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We really appreciate that Family Credit Management Services exists. It takes a load of stress off my chest and there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!!!

My overall experience has been positive, from the start of the process, up to my current status, which is in progress. Everyone I have spoken to is very kind, welcoming and helpful. Everything was explained to me in a clear fashion and there was no pressure to sign up, although it's basically a no brainer, as it's for my benefit. I highly recommend them.

I have only just signed up to work with…
I have only just signed up to work with Liz at Family Credit. She explained the program well and I answered all my questions. I like that have a reasonable monthly fee. Great customer service.
