Family Credit Management is a nonprofit organization that has been helping individuals and families get out of debt and regain financial stability for over 30 years.Our NFCC-certified credit counselors provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to help clients understand their financial situation and take control of their future. We offer a range of solutions tailored to each individual’s needs, including traditional Debt Management Plans (DMPs), debt settlement options for those who may benefit, and our exclusive DualTrack Repayment Plan, which combines structured repayment with strategic settlement when appropriate.For clients who are unable to repay all debts at once, we also offer our Priority Pay Plan, designed to help manage limited resources while addressing the most urgent financial obligations. Our approach focuses not only on resolving debt, but also on long-term financial health through budgeting, education, and behavior-based strategies.As a nonprofit credit counseling agency, our mission is to provide honest, practical solutions that work in the real world. We work directly with creditors to help reduce interest rates and fees when possible, while supporting our clients every step of the way.At Family Credit Management, our goal is simple: help people reduce stress, regain control, and build a more stable financial future.

The fact that the company took my debt…
The fact that the company took my debt and lumped it into one easy payment for me makes it so easy! They worked my debt companies to get a lower payment and lower interest rate which was made the process so easy!

Willing to help you work with your creditors without skipping payments.
They met my needs by offering a payment plan without me missing payments to my creditors. Very informative and helpful.

I’m so glad you figured this out before being convinced you had to stop paying your creditors! A lot of people come to us thinking that’s their only option because that’s what they’ve been told. Even worse, we sometimes hear from people after they’ve already stopped paying for months because they were convinced debt settlement was their best option, only to realize it wasn’t right for them. There is another way. With a debt management plan, you keep making payments toward your debt while we work directly with your creditors to try to get better terms and make those payments more manageable. I’m really glad you took the time to look at your options and found a way forward that let you keep paying your creditors instead of purposely falling behind first!

Making sure you understand what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and what comes next is really important to us. Debt is complicated enough. Talking to Family Credit Management shouldn’t be!

The do what they say!
After my initial contact with them, I was hoping they were everthing I had heard. They are. Debt is decreasing. Very helpful when I call. Glad I chose them.
