Family Court Direct provided excellent…
Family Court Direct provided excellent customer service and handled the situation correctly. With the verdict that was purposed, my son is more happier now more than ever. Also, it resolved the conflict between us both as parents and we actually get along now. We can actually hold a conversation about our son with no arguments

The person that helped me was rude
The person that helped me was rude, short with her answers, and seemed annoyed. I hope the future families that are being helped have a better experience and that your staffs attitude improves.

The court only favors to the parent. So regardless of how much child supposed or money I pay as a co-parent. I’m at an disadvantage of have a relationship with my children.

I call back to get some help because it…
I call back to get some help because it had the wrong date on my paperwork and they would not fix it so i am still out of the money i spent with company to help me get equal rights with my kids. They still haven't sent it, and i will never use them again.
