I was lost and they guided me
I was lost and knowing what to do well fighting for my daughter I felt desperate and the lawyers and friends that helped me in Family Court Direct for patient with me because I had a million questions and felt I was being cheated out of my child and was difficult to work with and the friends and lawyers helped me to understand that all things take time and that I was doing the right thing by contacting them.

I had a case that was too complicated…
I had a case that was too complicated for them to help me with (divorce/removal of child support), they dont know the laws or practices for every area so particular wording that needs to be done in certain court paperwork likely won't be correct the first time it's submitted. I wouldn't recommend them for anything other than convenience on simple matters. Customer service was not bad.

I felt as if I was taken advantage of
I felt as if I was taken advantage of, I ended up hiring a lawyer due to the documentation I received from your company were sort of blanket documents. This method was very expensive to have zero effect on my overall goal.

You people robbed me and provided me…
You people robbed me and provided me with zero assistance. For shame. *Don't let their reply fool you. They didn't provide me with any paperwork that I needed. They sent documents I couldn't even use. I was robbed of critical money needed to fight for my son in court. This is a scam for anybody who thinks they can't afford a lawyer.

Not the outcome I expected!
I’m giving a 3 star rating because the end result is that I am still married. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, professional and I received great customer service. After I received the paperwork, I was told that my documents could not be used to file for divorce. I can say that the paperwork that I had to complete from my county courthouse was similar, if not the same, to my documents received from Family Court Direct. When I spoke with my Rep, he was just as shocked as I was and could not understand what was wrong with the documents. My rep, also, reached out to the legal department, whom was also stumped. I chalked it up to being in a small town in Central Pa. I had to put out money to hire a lawyer in addition to the fees paid to Family Court Direct.

I didn't get any help at all
I didn't get any help at all. I paid money into this company and didn't hear another thing from them. I called and left voicemails and emails for months and never got another response from them. I was truly disappointed in putting my faith into them. God bless. -Corey Noble
