Allison is extreamly clear in communicating. When working through case concept she ensured to convey me in the best way that represents me. She's encouraging and helpful if given the opportunity I would highly recomend her. She also makes herself availible all times is timely, and knows exactly who you are when you call. A very personal friendyou and I felt confident as soon as we spoke. Moving forwardown, I signed up for what I could ask to afford which was document sevices. So far a full on cluster 🙃 if your get my drift. I've had very little time with the person handling my case and two days before I go to court, they got my apeal wrong as if I haven't said a word. Technology wise I'm unsavy and Don't have all the things to do with it right off the bat, I used the resources that I and and had a lot of failures pushing me/ and them way back. For me personally, I feel no sence of urgency. I'm a queit person, not much for shoving, but with them I think it is definitely the only thing you can do and don't allow them to rush you off the phone once you get to spending money .
